Rwanda Giving So-Called Ministers of the Self-Appointed Crackpot False Prophet A Hard Time

Things are looking grim for self-proclaimed prophet Bwana Bob Thiel, God's supposed favorite. Rwanda now requires preachers to have legitimate academic and doctrinal qualifications, as outlined in its regulations for Faith-Based Organizations. Thiel's so-called evangelists, like "Evangelist" Evans, lack any formal education, relying solely on Thiel’s shoddy booklets, sermons, and scraps from their previous Sabbatarian affiliations before defecting to join him.

Of course, the Great Bwana takes this as a sure sign that Satan is thwarting God's plan for Africa,

As mentioned here before, the government of Rwanda has put in laws that are severely biased against smaller churches. And while we have worked to come up with solutions, Satan’s latest tactic in Rwanda is to restrict foreign ministers.

Dear Pastor , many prayers to CCOG Rwanda because government has again declared other new regulations of prohibiting some Evangelist to come to Rwanda as Evangelist Evans came . It means that next he will not come as Evangelist says that he will come as friendly visitor .

About DVDs , we need it because we can play them like that you send it last . But if possible you send again another one book of Lost Tribes and prophecies and books of Bible-hymnal . But again we continue the project of translate that books in our language like Rwanda Burundi and Congo . And we completed the correct words of the two books you send in our language , is Mysteries of God and the Kingdom of God . 

 

Dear Pastor , we continue to teach baptismal candidates through the way of online and 12 continue to ask us to be baptized because they have already believed .

RWANDA GOVERNANCE BOARD (RGB) DIRECTIVE NO. 002/RGB/2025 ON THE REGULATION OF FOREIGN PREACHERS OPERATING WITHIN FAITH-BASED ORGANIZATIONS IN RWANDA

Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 56/2016 of 16/12/2016 establishing the Rwanda Governance Board and determining its mission, organization, and functioning, particularly its mandate to regulate and monitor the operations of faith-based organizations; …

Article 1: Scope of application

This Directive applies to all foreign religious preachers who intend to participate in religious activities within the territory of Rwanda, and to all registered Faith-Based Organizations (“FBOs”) hosting such individuals.

Article 2: Requirements for foreign preachers

Any foreign preacher seeking to operate within the Republic of Rwanda must:

1.

Fulfill the minimum academic and doctrinal qualifications as stipulated in the regulatory framework governing Faith-Based Organizations.

Secure a valid conference visa or any other visa category duly recognized by the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration, which authorizes participation in religious conferences, seminars, workshops, or related events.

3.

Be formally invited and hosted by a Faith-Based Organization that holds a valid certificate of legal personality issued by the Board. 

 

Notice that the government of Rwanda is requiring a specific education as well as doctrinal qualifications for visiting ministers. 

 

This is terrible, but we will attempt to deal with this.
