As us puny humans have oh-so-heroically evolved our pitiful computer smarts, poor Satan—bless his blackened heart—has been dragged kicking and screaming into inventing brand-new, convoluted plots to pester the church. No doubt he's got this gargantuan, brimstone-belching server farm humming away, cackling maniacally as it torpedoes COG tech and churns out AI hallucinations of perpetual doom. Personally, I'd peg him as a die-hard "pen and parchment" purist, but hey, if he's gone digital, it's surely just to snoop through your browser history for some premium blackmail fodder.
But wait, there's more infernal innovation! Satan's got bio-engineered nano-devils swimming through fiber-optic cables, sabotaging COG servers with precision strikes that make the CIA look like toddlers with crayons. He's even time-traveled (because why not?) to retroactively invent the blue screen of death just to foreshadow his assaults on Thiel's throne of theological triumph.

In the past week we have had to endure physical as well as software hacks.
These hacks cost time and money, as well as discourage people from viewing our materials.
A ‘google bot’ hack on Tuesday greatly slowed down viewers’ abilities to access information on our websites. People were often delayed, sometimes so much as to get timed out and not able to view information.
We asked our man in Portugal to assist on Tuesday related to the bot slow down, as well as had a hardware/software man help recover from a series of costly hacks this week.
So, we have been working on these matters, as well as taking steps to try to further protect our websites from being hacked.

Bob Thiel really needs to clean house on his own African Nightmare, before he complains about so-called Satanic attacks.First the Corruption he still continues to ignore. 1. I wouldn't completely dismiss Bob's claims. There's God hating people out there who'll attack any religious group. There's also former Herb members who are hostile towards all the splinters.

I've got a question for you. Is it a bad thing to wish that the toxic faith known as Armstrongism withered away to nonexistence, that everyone realized that it is not the "faith once delivered" and that the splinters up and disappeared and no longer existed? Is it bad to hope that people would no longer be ensnared by false prophecy, their lives and finances no longer ruined? Does the fact that I do indeed fervently wish for these things make me a bad person in your eyes? Just for no longer being deceived, and wishing that others would no longer be deceived?
Hacking is illegal. There are groups within the law enforcement community dedicated to stopping or preventing cyber crimes. I am not a hacker. I believe in fighting Armstrongism with ideas and proper knowledge. However, if I knew that someone were hacking a site which preached or furthered Armstrongism, I would consider them as being "White Hat".
There is no former COG member hacking into Bob's junk. Bob tries to be dramatic to stir up sympathy, but the COG peopel and ex-members don't care about him other than to make fun of him.

@2:52~ I don't know anything about those other denominations because I stopped after one rotten cultic experience, the specific one which ruined 19 years of my life. Studying other denominations just so I could point out the evils in them would not help the people who come here specifically because Armstrongism messed them up and they'd like to do a post-mortem on it and learn how, why, and to learn positive steps they can take to undo the damage. Having said that, I do feel great compassion for those whose lives and families have been wrecked by non-Armstrong cults that are equally toxic or worse. They have their own blogs that treat their experiences. Why don't YOU visit some of them?

That is a woefully ignorant comment. Look at all of the groups like SDA, JW/Watch Tower, Mormons, Scientologists, Armstrongism, and other aberrant groups that coddle up to Christianity to gain credibility. There are hundreds of blogs, websites, and Facebook pages about every one of these groups and more. On Facebook alone, there are scores of Church of God sites with THOUSANDS of people subscribed to them, sharing stories of abuse. People who dare to admit the abusive and aberrant teachings do not want to see others have their lives destroyed. My hats off to this blog and others that expose Armstrongism. The people can no longer be silenced!
