Pinocchio learned a valuable lesson to not lie. Dave, not so much.
Exposing the underbelly of Armstrongism in all of its wacky glory! Nothing you read here is made up. What you read here is the up to date face of Herbert W Armstrong's legacy. It's the gritty and dirty behind the scenes look at Armstrongism as you have never seen it before! With all the new crazy self-appointed Chief Overseers, Apostles, Prophets, Pharisees, legalists, and outright liars leading various Churches of God today, it is important to hold these agents of deception accountable.

Nobody has every guessed right yet.
Nobody has ever guessed wrong as much as David C. Pack has.
It must be sad for RCG members, knowing the guy they thought of as being their "physical" leader is nothing more than a disconnected cartoon version of a leader.
OK, somebody please credibly clue me in on exactly what is supposed to happen on the date that he sets. Thank you.
You know........the JC thingie. Dave has relaxed the requirements for the third temple, red heifer, renewal of sacrifices, the coming of the Germans, Petra, etc. He teaches that Jesus will appear on his campus there in Wadsworth without Herbie's prerequisites. Apparently he forecasts the Parousia and fails once every couple of weeks. I just can't work out how he has a single follower left after all these failures. I wouldn't trust him enough to ask where the nearest bathroom was!
Pack said: that his prediction is "unbreakable as diamonds" -- clearly he is a buffoon. Diamonds are the hardest known natural material on the Mohs scale (rating 10), meaning they're extremely resistant to scratching, but they're also brittle and can break, chip, or shatter under certain conditions due to lower toughness. Hardness doesn't equate to indestructibility — it's more about scratch resistance than impact resistance.
Physical impact or force: A sharp blow from a hammer, pliers, or even a rock can shatter a diamond, especially if struck along its cleavage planes (natural weak points in the crystal structure).
Concentrated pressure or chipping: Diamonds can chip or fracture from extreme pressure, such as being squeezed in tools or hit at an angle that exploits their brittleness.
IF it were impossible to break diamonds, then how do we get diamonds shaped into the right shape and size for jewellery?
So, my understanding is that December 19 is The final possible date for the literal return of Christ. It’s not a date for fleeing to Petra. It’s not a date for some other divine manifestation. That’s the part. I’ve asked about before and never really got an answer. And I’m too lazy to listen to his sermons
Oh, I'd vomit if I had to listen to one of his sermons! Just the sound of his voice! Ewww! I have never experimented with psychedelics myself, but from what I've read, acid therapy is probably the only thing which could rewire his brain and get him back to quasi-normal. The stuff has been successfully used to help people who are depressed, have PTSD, are obsessive-compulsive, and other conditions. Some have a "death of ego" experience, possibly the prime way in which it could benefit Pack and his followers. This was the subject of many secret experiments by our government, and was seen as having military applications before Owsley "Bear" Stanley bootlegged it, and passed it out to the hippies. It was perfectly legal until 1966 in Cali and then federally in 1970. Now, scientists are calling for more research into possible applications and there is a movement to decriminalize it, similar to what has been voted upon in many states with marijuana. I, of course, would be against this, except as administered under the supervision of degreed and credentialed healthcare professionals.
I did occasionally read some of Dave's comments early on. At one point, years ago, he and some of those close to him flew over and inspected Petra, ostensibly to determine whether it was possible many years after Armstrong's death for it to still be viable as a place of safety. I thought at the time that this was one of the things which someone prominent to the Armstrong movement should do. I think it ended up as being something reserved for further discussion, but as you pointed out, Dave does not mention a place of safety, just Jesus landing on RCG property in Wadsworth.
Since he clearly does not have the answers, and is dead wrong multiple times each year (or month), my own priorities place knowing the price of putty in West Africa above knowing anything further about Dave Pack or what he teaches. So, does anyone know the price of that putty? It's not listed at Kitco.com!
So, he believes Jesus will land there, and then a few few months later establish a reign over the Earth.
Anyone else wish to give input?
