When such suddenly-elevated leaders give themselves over to urges of “new understanding,” they are actually completing the cycle of “falling into the condemnation of the devil.” Too unskilled in the scriptures (particularly passages about prophecy) to resist the “deeper insights” they feel are coming to them, they wind up yielding to demonic whisperings in their ears. As these men become conduits for fallen spirits, they pour out pure garbage on their followers.
The result is that they destroy far more people than just themselves—and in the end they do always destroy themselves! I have seen it all too often, with name after name—past and present—coming to mind as I write this.

Saul was vexed, and often outright possessed, by a demon. The unwitting and fearful (which was apparently almost everybody in Israel at the time) continued to follow him anyway simply because he was “the king”—and this led them to eventually conclude that he was “among the prophets.” Fear gripped the majority—while only a few hundred people chose to follow David until Saul died! The lesson is that despite the fact that Saul had become a crazy demoniac, most of his subjects continued with him anyway!
This account should truly sober you! It is a characteristic of false prophets and demoniacs to bellow, rage, belittle and attack other people—sometimes relentlessly—to elevate themselves. Apparently, Saul also had a particularly murderous spirit, which repeatedly tried to kill David, or have him killed. Saul became abusive. Yet, few had the courage to stand against him, because he was “the king.” Over time, Saul became a “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.” One moment, he could be warm, friendly, charming, and David’s best friend, and seconds later a raging murderer seeking to kill David!
Be careful if what is being described is a pattern visible in your leader. It is not of God.
Page 48:
…within the understanding that demons are actually the ones inspiring a false prophet, it is God who has sent one or more of these spirits to fulfill His purpose, which can also be to present a test to God’s people regarding whether or not they will follow those He has not sent.
If a prophet is sent by God, every one of his prophecies will always be perfectly accurate—no exceptions! He would not merely be close to the timing and truth of events “foretold.” He would always be completely correct, if God was sending a warning through him. Never forget this, because God is always right!

Pack is fake, Qanon is fake, democracy is fake and the gospels are fake (largely stolen from pagan myths). Everything is fake. Give up on the false hopes and go to work to save yourself. Nobody else will save you. Jesus never lived and he is not coming back. Grow up and see the world for what it is.
Note the books behind Dave, which he hasn't read but makes him appear wise and knowledgeable. It's a favorite trick of church leaders.
Bob Thiel should try this instead of having crappy curtains behind him.
I'm reaching the conclusion that David Pack might be making these "urgent! second coming!" announcements simply to keep his and RCG's name buzzing. Including here.
A strange way to "play your haters," but the thought comes to mind.
Maybe he really hears a voice in his head.

Maybe the loser gets sent directly to the infernal abode and has to listen to non-stop sermons from Gerald Waterhouse & Dean Blackwell while sitting in a hard butt numbing folding chair next to someone ripping pickled egg pharts.
This shot was taken in the main hall at their old building. Had to drag books from all over the office to fill these two shelves for the photographer to take this. It's as staged as all the other materials coming out of RCG.

Can someone please tell me how headquarter "ministers" explain Dave's prophetic failure after failure? They supposedly have weekly services at the compound. What kind of spin do they use do keep Dave's followers from running away like scared rabbits?
Surely all these failed prophetic returns must resonate with anyone with half a brain.
Its time for Dave to fold his cards and cash in his chips.

As a former member, the spin is that RCG is the true church and if RCG is not the True Church then where is the True Church? Where are you gonna go? They use every fear tactic they can. Including, loss of access to future prophetic understanding however garbled up it may be. And the one thing that every person in this world needs, is assurance of their future.
This is why people seek shrinks, physcics, gurus and teachers.
They say that for the most part, RCG holds on to more Truths than the other COGs and the "Government" structure.
That like the apostles, "we see through a glass darkly". And they accept prophetic failures on the premise that the apostles got timing wrong so its "okay" for Pack to do the same. That the book of revelation does not apply to our time because the book of daniels is the key that unlocks revelation but the apostles based their prophetic understanding based on the book of Daniel, Revelation came later on after all the apostles died.
Its a lot of twisting.
So ..... Dave and his Pack of wolves, claiming that they are the one and only TRUE church and claiming they hold more truths than other churches, COMPLETELY disregard the Bible?! Nice trick, twisting your way out of what the Bible clearly, WITHOUT any ‘ifs’ or ‘buts’ has to say on that subject:
Deuteronomy 18:20-22
‘But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in my name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’ And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.’
Ergo: Dave is a FALSE prophet. Ergo: Dave’s ‘true church’ isn’t even a church. Ergo: the RCG members are being deceived by a very clever and dangerous conman.
There’s nothing ‘okay’ about that..

This is the tactic Bob Thiel uses - if you don't follow him, you won't know when (and presumably where) to flee to the Place of Safety.
To God 10:35 AM. Go to God, that's the place to go.
Anyone who's been around long enough will know what the aftermath procedure is. To behave as if nothing had happened. Crazy but true. Prophecy? What are you talking about. They will behave as if nothing unusual had happened in HQ. Serenity personified.
I remember the year 2000, Millennium bug, prophecy. For months before hand in 1999 wannabe prophets predicted all hell was about to break loose on New years eve 1999, when the clock struck 12. The was even serious discussions held during Tabernacles 99 about how to plan for it, what to buy, how to store it. It was a major event in the making. Congregations had plans on which destinations to travel to in the aftermath. I didn't believe any of it but kept it to myself.
Then New years eve came and went and I went to Church the following Sabbath expecting to hear relief nothing had happened. An explanation at least, maybe even humour expressed at themselves. But no instead I found it not mentioned and forgotten. Dropped like a millstone.
That's my guess on how it will be in Pack's HQ.

This is exactly what happened on Jan 7 1972. According to things HWA said and wrote, it was if he didn't even realize it was "the day" until he looked at a Hebrew calendar. After years of articles being printed claiming that was the beginning of doom for the world, he claimed he never made such a pronouncement. But - "others" may have thought so and "in their enthusiasm" may have claimed this.
Just like HWA, when drinking coffee on the Day of Atonement, said he never taught that you couldn't drink on that day - "but others may have" taught that.
