Greg Kaidannek's Leadership Skills, Honed in RCG, Will Work Wonders For Your Company

Check out the management skills of Gergory Kaidannek. All of those amazing jobs he had in The Restored Church of God make him the best-qualified leader ever! Woo Hoo!

Notice below how he is qualified in reducing headcounts in an organization by disfellowshipping men. This is a pretty easy and quick way to reduce headcounts this is also a great indication that RCG isn't operating as well as Dave lets on.

Being one of Dave's Gestapo agents and law enforcers has qualified him to be a top dog in your company! Check out his cult-based qualifications here: Greg Kaidannek

That is an interesting resume that puts a positive spin on everything.

If they had been in his position, a lot of other people would have just been ashamed of what they had done.

I recently asked about Biker Bob and was assured he's doing OK, just taking a break. I don't blame him. If you've noticed, I've been rather silent too. Same thing on the AC forum. There's so much absolutely stupid drivel both places that I'm emotionally better off just ignoring it. Some cultists will be cultists to their dying day and there is nothing that will shake their stupidity, so I'm just giving up on trying to do so. If you want to know what I'm all about, follow me on Facebook. I usually post something every day. My current attitude is "F--k the Forum and Banned too. Both are favorite gathering places for the wild eyed and the stupid who will never learn a damn thing about reality.

I fail to see how "banned's" disection of a cv relates to a jab at the "gathering of the wild eyed."

I'm glad you however learned a "damn thing about reality" after all, that cultists will be cultists.

I'm sorry to not join you on the advertised forum that gathers more data on my preferences, habits and psychology than "the (face) Book of Life itself. As a matter of fact, I'm confident that on judgement day, God extracts data from Facebook and Whatsapp." Banned might get a chapter in Acts. :-) :-)

Personally, I doubt that Biker Bob is OK since his silence coincides with the start of the looting in many cities. And I don't believe the disclaimers to the contrary.
I believe you trivialize the service and help this blog offers it's many readers.
Why mock those you disagree with? Where's the reality in that?

Mmmm.. If I was Greg, and I wanted to put myself on the market for a new job, I wouldn’t put ‘the Restored Church of God’ and every nasty thing I did whilst working for the Great Packster on my resume.

I wouldn’t boast about it. I would feel deeply ashamed about it!

Well Allen, I hope you go in peace and find some joy in life. I have never seen someone who is filled with such anger and negativity in my life as you display. That consuming anger just demonstrates to us that you are not as enlightened as you think you are. So go and leave all of us unenlightened fools behind as that’s how you view anyone that’s not an atheist or one consumed by hate.

Reduced "Headcount" ??? LOL!

Well, his son and himself reduced headcount by at least two for the RCG and Pack by LEAVING!

Thanks for you comments over the years Allen This blog and comments have helped me deal with my marital issues created by Packs fraud. I like to think that I am able to make my own determination about what Is wisdom and what isn’t. But I am sincere about the thanks Allen. And I miss Bob and Dennis too. Y’all are important to me. Be well, come back soon I hope.

I have talked with Bob. He is fine. I also understand where Al is coming from. Getting away from anything acog related is healthy for the mind. The whole hwa side show id a exercise in mental illness.

I think most people are saturated already from what's going on outside our front door, and what comes in on the TV and internet. There are a lot of WCG survivors who are not surviving very well these days, we were not taught how to process mayhem coming from another source other than the WCG. AS for me, I am maintaining well enough, but stopped watching most news media, and refrain from engaging family and friends who seem to think that their pissing ad moaning on FaceBook will really change the world. It won't. Things could get a lot worse. or maybe not, que sera sera. Maybe BB just needs to regroup. Most ex ministers will have big problems getting acclimated in the business world with a resume like that, he should maybe send it to Liberty College, as they have an opening after Jerry Jr quit. He may fit in there nicely.

WHAT ABOUT THE TRUTH said...

Wait one minute here. Looking at this resume, I see that Greg Kaidannek omitted the most important facet of his former employer and his participation with it.

It should read: employed by The Restored Church of God - a spiritual organization not of this world.

Pretty revealing that after 9 years of employment with a religious organization, I am hard pressed to find anything religious about anything in his employment profile.

I do believe I just heard 3 cocks crow 9 times.

This string brings up a few good questions regarding when a minister leaves.

Since Greg has been working at RCG for around a decade, what should he put on his resume? Isn't it better to leave one of those groups and go find honest employment? If so wouldn't you need to focus on the "corporate" side of your responsibilities in a church to try to find employment that best represent what you did for the last decade?

I am not defending him, but hooray for leaving, it's better than staying in RCG. You need to pick up your life afterwards somehow.

Do you think it would be helpful for him to issue a public apology for all the things he did in RCG as a minister under the direction of Dave? Should he be bringing up the cult connection to his future employers?

It seems we want people to leave these groups, but then do we not want them to move on after they are gone?

Someone I know hired some former managers to do assembly work in his company. He said he found them socially backward. That's been my experience in every day life. They only know how to boss people around.

TLA said...

Hey - he is getting out of the COG thing. Give him credit for that.
He may be completely different from Dennis, but it seems he will be going back to making an honest living instead of staring his own splinter.

Wow! Just, WOW!

It's like an Auschwitz prison guard boasting about "employee retention" on his resume.

I wonder if Kaidannek was in that video State of the Work 2019 and whether they cut them out of it now that he's left. That video is still on YouTube.

This resume is laughable. It certainly can't be verified by potential employers. Who are potential employers going to call, the Packatolla?

I have been in senior management positions hiring for a $20 Billion company, and I have been a VP for a large VP Group in a $200 Million company making hiring decisions there as well. I wouldn't even look at this resume and if it passed my desk it would go right into the trash can.

On the http://gregorykaidannek.workfolio.com/ link, it states he is a "corporate investor presenter?" What the hell does that mean? Extorting Common from the dumb tithe slaves under threat of eternal Lake of Fire damnation?

He mentions an unverifiable 3% growth of members, but conveniently fails to include any reduction of members which would result in a net loss.

So Dave's ace hatchet man Greg Kaidannek, the one who dismissed 50% of headquarters staff, got guillotined as well. Just like many former HWA ministers. He too will have to make the transition to little people status. His big people ivory world is no more. Perhaps he can join Dennis in playing minister by posting articles on Banned.

He seems well qualified to shovel manure for the mainstream media.

Being one of the staff who left HQ I am a big fan of his reducing HQ staff by 50%. Of course, I wasnt aware he was involved but apparently he did it all. Thanks Greg!

He appears twice in this video but doesn't speak to the camera.

The guy was brainwashed by Pack yet he still thinks he knows what's going on. When will it occur to him he was brainwashed by HWA and the Bible first?

Anonymous said...

@mortisrigori (like this online name btw)

For every member that joines the RCG three members leave. You do the math..

Anonymous said...

This is the biggest question people face when leaving RCG HQ. They go on for years believing they are the extension of HWAs ministry and Pack was maybe the group that held to it the most early on. However, when they leave today, they have to contend with the fact that there isn't a group holding to what HWA taught. They have to compromise "the Truth" or go home and only keep it by themselves. The whole story of "the Splinters" post WCG, was pushed really hard by Dave in the SEP materials. If you reject him but wasn't to keep some of what he taught, then it puts you in a mental bind.

Hopefully everyone who leaves addresses the "True Church" questions when they leave. Most people don't want to and try to ignore it...HWA didn't really leave any room for successive groups after him.

Perhaps ACOG members should ask themselves why God has not put in place a new "True Church." He is all powerful, yet has chosen not to, despite the splinter leaders claims to the contrary. The conclusion I came to is that God wants these members to leave behind their spiritual childhood, and embrace spiritual adulthood. Much like young adults leaving home.
The mother church keep its members in a state of perpetual infantilism, and I suspect that this suits some members just fine.

Allen, I agree with you 100%. This blog is filled with a bunch of angry old men who have nothing better to do than bitch about being burned by the ACOGs over and over again. They continue to beat a dead horse, post after post after post. Get over it! They were swindled out of their money, their time, and their lives. Some even sacrificed their families for "the true church".

Now does he want to be hired as a corporate hitman? If so, he should look into consulting because most hitmen bosses have to move on because they leave too much hatred and despair behind them to actually have positive influence on anything, plus they maybe have to change their address and appearance. So most companies hire consultants for this role. Hard to do but someone has to.

In that case Troll Guy, why don't you take your own advice and move on.

I am glad Greg/his wife but most importantly his children are out of RCG.

However, this man is the worst pastor i have ever encountered in my life and i've had some bad ministers counsel me in my lifetime.

Besides gossiping with other ministers about what was supposed to be private protected counsel sessions, this man would leave you feeling more confused at the end of a counsel session than when you entered his office. He would deflect thoughtful questions and minimize your concerns about the prophecy because any dissenting view would automatically result in suspension or disfellowship. Little did any of us poor souls trying to understand this prophetic bullshit know that Greg was keeping detailed records all the ways he disagreed with the greatest bullshit ever told prophecy. And he felt this way "for years".

From his robotic gestures and lack of empathy to his ulterior motives to get information on other topics you did not come in to talk about, you could just sense that Greg was a pawn in headquares game of spying on dissenting members. Greg did what he had to do to collect the check for as long as he could and that meant shitting on brethren left and right despite harboring his own vast list of disagreements, and i repeat again having dissenting views for "years".

Had he been a minister at heart like he says he is he would have tried to save as many souls as he could while in RCG and get them out! But he waited too late now that his reach is limited and Pack shut him down with a sermon identifying him as one of the three shepherds.

Some might say well maybe he needed to wake up and the timing wasn't right and yadee yadee yadaa but no, he was calculated in what he did and at all times. How can you help HQ remove members knowing full well that for years you had been coming to grips with the fact that HQ is not God's church and lost almost all truth?

I respect the fact that he left RCG but i dont think id ever respect the man, especially for the simple fact that he picks and chooses how to display himself and wants the glory now but is tainted by what he did while in RCG.

What he needs to do is put out a letter apologizing to all those members he shit on while working at RCG HQ and ask for their forgiveness.

That's my opinion, no one else has to agree or accept it.
