I don't watch the videos of him, cause I don't want to get a demon or something. Howsomever, if we're in the moment on this, and this is current, it sounds like he's having a meltdown. Maybe he actually paid attention in high school Civics class, recognizes what's going on, and one of two things is happening. 1) It scares him because it doesn't conform to Armstrong prophecy, or 2) He's jumbled and rearranged it all, as we were always taught to do, so that in his mind it actually conforms to the Armstrong end. In either case, he needs the bread badly because he feels compelled to get the message out.

Of course, there is a chance that the storm clouds could blow over, everything might get toned down, and resolve itself with minimal damage.

Dave is in the sawing edge of prophecy coming alive

How does someone become like Pack? There is evil there.

I found myself wondering what kind of person would go medieval like this. Trying to think of any recent news items to support the theory, because most criminals are interested in getting the job done quickly, quietly, and efficiently.

And then I remembered what the Gazmanians did to the Jews on 10-7-23. Unless Dave holds his Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem this year, I don't believe the RCOGlodytes who don't march to the beat of "Common" need worry.

How does he have any following whatsoever? Has he not fleeced enough from his flock? Do his followers not remember the old testament scripture about a prophet who makes predictions that fail ?

The sunk cost fallacy is a big contributor for members staying with Dave.
"The sunk cost fallacy is a common decision-making error that occurs when people continue to invest in something even when it's not beneficial. It's also known as "throwing good money after bad".

Idolatry of power. That's what Pack is suffering from idolatry of power, everything he does and says is feeding the idolatry of power. There are many a religious leaders taken by idolatry of power.

It must be sorta like some of this "American Greed" episodes where the Ponzi Scheme is trending down to its failing point but those who have invested stick with it hoping against hope that it might scrape out one more payoff. It is realky sad what false charlatans like Flurry & Pack have done to their followers but I doubt they gave ever lost a milisecond of sleep about it.

This is all speculation, of course, but Dave himself has huge sunk cost pressures keeping him where he is. Basically, he has been an extremist disciple of HWA all his life. His only hope is that eventually it all works out as HWA predicted. Otherwise his life has all been for nothing.

This is something which is difficult for some of those of us who came to some painful realizations early in the game, and walked away, but there are many people who for one reason or another have never been able to face the obvious facts and get the hell out. They hear about being hung by meat hooks, or sawn assunder, and continue to take one for a bogus team.

It's likely come up, because David Pack has talked (in ExRCG clips) about New Testament books including statements that he considers failed prophecies.
