Whatever shall the faithful do now? How will the world possibly survive without instant access to such luminous insights? The apocalypse is surely upon us—stock up on tinfoil, people.

Bob has a history of thinking that he is above the rules that apply to everyone else. And Amazon doesn't discriminate against any religion. There are Kindle books by all sorts of strange religions, including some much more wacky, cult, and dangerous than Bobism. I can guarantee you that Amazon properly removed Bob's stuff because he truly couldn't or wouldn't abide by the rules that Amazon applies to everyone else who publishes books in Amazon's Kindle Store.
Fortunately, Bob can still make good use of Amazon as a place to buy his butthurt cream.

I was actually being groomed for this same kind of $hit, as I am sure countless other teenagers in our hellish little cult were also having their lives co-opted by delusional parents who were members. The difference is, I had to fight to become normal, to have a life which was within expectations for someone of my God-given skill set. I largely succeeded in achieving normalcy, using my bankable skill set to benefit humanity in real, tangible ways, and to be compensated for it. What is worthless is some people's knowledge of the laws and censorship. Lots of people have been censored already.
Any time his materials don't meet internet standards, Bob goes into analphalactic shock, and blames Satan. What's the big deal about making a few revisions? If he ever gets around to allowing commentary on his Cogwriter site, I am sure that he will reject some of the comments. Maybe after he was doing that, he'd understand why others must do it to him!
