Certain Uncertainty
There is one certain thing about David C. Pack: He is uncertain.
The wanna-be/hafta-be apostle, inept prophetic guru, and theological yarn-spinner vacillates between having “an avalanche of proof” about the date for the arrival of the Kingdom of God one week, but then dismantles his own theories the next.
The Pastor General of The Restored Church of God was certain his understanding of the unicorn date of Abib 24 (April 10) was God-inspired during “The Greatest Untold Story! (Part 628),” given on March 21, 2026, but became certain of his uncertainty during Part 629.
Part 629 – March 28, 2026

What took him two hours to preach during Part 628 was dismantled in seconds during Part 629. This triggered the Part 628 Regret-O-Meter bigtime.
Dave whined like a little schoolgirl about how hard his self-assigned job is, while again blaming the Jews for his biblical blunder. The irony of his using multi-sided dice as a visual aid for how challenging prophecy is was lost on him. I cannot help but wonder if this was Bradford Schleifer winking at us.
“The Greatest Untold Story! (Part 629)," given on March 28, 2026, is peak Dave Uncertainty. The Pastor General was Mister Wishy-Washy, Mister Maybe-Maybe Not, and Mister I Dunno in one wrapper.
One moment summarized the heart, spirit, and tone of Part 629. It is certain to make you chuckle.

David C. Pack is certainly uncertain throughout Part 629. Members in the Main Hall at Headquarters must have been wondering why he would even bother to preach if he was so uncertain about so much.
The tone of a sermon is often set within the first few minutes. The brethren of The Restored Church of God certainly felt the same dread I used to when Dave would introduce doubts up front.

The exquisite irony that pours forth from David C. Pack’s mouth is astonishing perfection. From his own lips, he has said. God has a sense of humor and is a fan of irony. Dave’s ears cannot hear what Dave’s mouth says. The fatty hubris mass within his skull cannot tolerate self-awareness because it would have a devastating effect on the candy glass walls of his delusion.
Nobody at Headquarters would dare ask, “Mr. Pack, how is your track record?” That person would be certain to know they would be escorted off the property post haste.

After 142 failures, it is hard to feel any empathy for the brethren of The Restored Church of God. David C. Pack needs to keep cranking out new dates just over the horizon to continue the impression of growth and better understanding.
One thing is certain: No one should feel uncertain about the perpetual failure of David C. Pack and the deceptive treachery of those who support him.

Mr. Pack and Mr. Armstrong taught us that there's only one true church, but what happened after the Worldwide Church of God - did we become many churches and bodies or are we still one church? The church of God.

Yes, he did. Isn't it a shame that he turned out to be such a disappointment? In the end, he was just another con artist pulling these things out of his A-double-S. I'm glad that the things he prophesied never happened, and we got to have our lives. It was very difficult to leave back in 1975. Felt like my whole world was breaking. But, looking back, "killing the cancer" was the right call.
While I encourage Marc Cebrian to continue doing what he has been doing in excellently documenting Dave Pack’s Restored Church of God fraud, I rarely read his posts anymore because I simply don’t have the time to waste reading about a thoroughly documented religious fraud being perpetrated on the little flock of sheep. Dave Pack is what I call “a drain person”. A drain person someone who drains people of their time and resources…if you let him/her.
If you let him/her, that is the key!
At this stage of Dave Pack’s religious fraud and his “common theft” being so well document, I have to put the blame on the remaining members of this dying religious cult that keep supporting Pack’s fraud with their wallets. How stupid these members must be!
I don’t know how old Pack is or what the current membership of his cult is or how much his Church receives in tithes and offerings from the dumb sheep, but it all must declining just like Pack himself. How many people can he extort Common from are left. Do new people come in and gladly empty their retirement accounts and sell their houses to fork it all over to Pack?
Pack is playing a shell game that he hopes to keep going until the end – until he meets his end! After his death there will be a mess and perhaps a receivership to sell the assets of the church.
A lesson from the parent Radio/Worldwide Church of God. I have always felt sorry for the Hammer family who donated all that land to Mr. Armstrong for the Big Sandy Ambassador College campus. The land should have been generational in the Hammer family now owned by complete strangers - an organization that had no connection to Herbert Armstrong or his belief system. NOTE TO THE DUMB SHEEP IN RESTORED CHURCH OF GOD: This is your future when your Wadsworth campus that you sacrificed all your family's assets to help fund is finally sold off after your false minister Dave Pack dies! Complete strangers will own your headquarters!

Why did Mr Armstrong teach the word of God?
Lake of fire church of God you are wrong about the great Mr. Pack. It is easy for those on the outside to label faith as "fraud" when they do not understand the burden of a spiritual leader tasked with decoding the mysteries of the end time. What critics call "failed predictions," the faithful see as progressive revelation. Just as the prophets of old didn't always understand the exact timing of their visions, a modern leader must be willing to refine the Church’s understanding as God grants more light. To stop searching for the date of Christ’s return would be to abandon the very watchfulness commanded in scripture.
Biblical Mandate: The practice of "holding all things common" is not a modern invention; it is the exact model of the First Century Church described in Acts 2 and 4. Members aren't being "extorted"; they are following a clear New Testament precedent to prioritize the Kingdom of God over temporary earthly assets.
Voluntary Sacrifice: No one is forced to stay or give. Those who contribute do so because they believe in the magnitude of the mission. They aren't "dumb sheep"; they are people who have weighed the value of their retirement accounts against the value of an eternal reward and made a conscious, spiritual choice. The Wadsworth Campus: Critics see a future real estate sale, but members see a witness to the world. The beauty and stability of the headquarters serve as a physical manifestation of the order and excellence of God’s Way. Even if the land eventually changes hands after this age, its current purpose is to serve as the "nerve center" for reaching the world with the truth.

You could have listened to hundreds of hours of mind-numbing/dumbing noise (“sermons”) by klepto-Dave Pack-of-lies and read thousands of pages of scam material (“literature”) produced by him and his Restored Cash Grab (RCG) satanic imposter cult since it started about 26 years ago in 1999.
This is what you would have got from it all: Continually changing major doctrines, literature that appears but then gets deleted later, many crazy new and wrong prophetic date guesses, robbed of virtually everything you have with Dave's “common” theft scam that he claimed to have “restored,” and maybe a really bad headache.
Theoretically he may have once been a false prophet but I think those claims arent valid anymore. Now hes directly riffing straight from the pulpit whatever crosses his mind and those that remain are downtown date night at the movies for it. Im unsure how anybody left could feel misled or tricked or lied to
