Satan Attacks The Greatest Church of God In Human History...Again!

Poor Bwana Bob, Satan is always out there trying to thwart his mind-boggling work in one way or another.

Greetings from the Five Cities region of California.

Yes, we have received more translations of our English language booklet, The Gospel of the Kingdom of God this week. As mentioned before, this assists us in our efforts to support the fulfillment of Matthew 24:14.

That said, we have been hit by a major computer glitch and this is affecting our ability to do mailings, etc. Please pray that God’s will will be done and that this will be resolved without major data loss.

The Bobbsey Twins Want To Know If It Is OK To Eat Bugs

Why is it that certain self-appointed prophets who have set themselves up as church leaders live ein a different reality than normal people.

The Middle East is about to explode, Russia feels justified in slaughtering Ukranians, and Islamic terrorists are on the rise in Africa and elsewhere.

Then there is the Great Bwana Bob Thiel and Steve Dupuie wondering if it is ok if people eat insects.

Should Christians Eat Insects?

It is reported that 2,205 insects are being eaten around the world in 128 countries as part of the food supply. Is this being pushed by the World Economic Forum, United Nations, and the government of the United States of America? Does the Bible endorse eating any insects? If so, which ones? Some people promote “cockroach milk” as well as larvae-derived “Entomilk.” Does France have the biggest insect farm? Are there thousands of insect farms in Thailand? Does the New Testament support that Christians are to be holy and not eat unclean meats and insects? Could God have had health reasons to tell His people not to eat certain creatures? What are some health issues that eating insects, mealworms, etc. have reportedly caused? Dr. Thiel and Steve Dupuie address these matters.

It is amazing the endless brain fart streams of semi-consciousness that continue to dribble out of the mind of the Great Bwana Mzungu Bob. Never will you hear him discussing Jesus and his salvational work, instead you will be subjected to endless shit-streams of useless information that no one really cares about.

Lone Wolf Crackpot Prophet Ticked Off Football Season Starts Today

Football season has arrived with the start of September here in the United States.  Both College and NFL teams are starting their seasons off this month. Football stadiums will be filled to the brim with diehard fans. Televisions will be tuned to the games and food and drinks will be overflowing with fans.

But not in Grover Beach/Arroyo Grande, CA! No sirree, Bob! Our favorite crackpot, self-appointed, and deluded prophet is back getting his holistic undies tied up into another indignant knot.

After numerous quotes about sports injuries during the games, he has to open his undignified sacred mouth and make a royal ass of himself, once again. Satan is the father of American football and the Great Bwana to Africa is having none of it!

The National Football League (NFL) season is upon us as the 2024 NFL season is set to kick off on Thursday, September 5th.

Should Christians support this?

Early Christians would not have watched sports like it.

What kind of sport is NFL football?

A violent and damaging one. One that will hurt people this season.

The Great Bwana is "crying aloud and sparing not" when it comes to football. He is a beta boy when it comes to preaching about Jesus, but not when it comes to football! He speaks with force and power for all to see and hear!

Many non-Philadelphian Christians do not wish to seriously consider that American tackle football is harmful, despite the facts, and would prefer that I not post about it.

The Bible suggests otherwise:

1 Cry aloud, spare not;
Lift up your voice like a trumpet;
Tell My people their transgression,
And the house of Jacob their sins. (Isaiah 58:1)

The reality is that American tackle football is evil–the players get harmed. This really is not debatable as it is an established fact.

A little later he has to drag Living Church of God into the mix due to the bitterness still raging inside him after all of these years. The Great Bwana Bob suffers from LCGDS: Living Church of God Derangement Syndrome. It eats away at his soul daily ever since the church rejected him en masse when he apostatized.

Clearly with any who have eyes to see, the fruits of this ‘sport’ are evil.

Over the years, I have seemingly stood alone among Church of God leaders in the 21st century warning against American tackle football. I first spoke against it at the old Spokesman’s Club in the Worldwide Church of God last century. And, when I brought the subject up in the Living Church of God, it made many uncomfortable enough to take steps leading to my departure from that group.

There is no doubt that American tackle football is dangerous to health. While some in the world consider watching it to be an ‘ethical uncertainty,’ true Philadelphia Christians (as well as many who are not) realize that something about this sport is physically harmful and should not be encouraged.

Apparently, Bad Philadelphians are justifying sin by watching football and not heeding the Bwana's words:

Let me state that there is a human tendency to try to justify sin. Many think if something feels right to them, it must be. According to the Bible, that is a wrong attitude:

9 “The heart is deceitful above all things,
And desperately wicked;
Who can know it?
10 I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,

Bad Philadelphians are also displeasing God by watching football and those scantly clad cheerleaders. Sigh.

I could not reconcile loving my neighbor as myself and cherishing my flesh and not doing violence to any man by watching others do it in a football game. Consider also the following:

9…You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. (Romans 13:9-10)
Jesus also said:

20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God. (John 3:20-21, NKJV).

Is watching American football a deed that would be pleasing to God?

He drags in Apostle Paul to prove football is wrong:

The Apostle Paul wrote:

12… they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.(2 Thessalonians 2:12) 29 … they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:29-32, NKJV)

The Great Bwana Bob then has to drag Herbert up out of the grave to use him to support his LCGDS:

The late WCG Pastor-General Herbert W. Armstrong categorized American tackle football as evil.

You may be telling yourself, well since my church does not (presuming you do not support a group like the Continuing Church of God which does) condemn football and/or possibly encourages it, the Bible really does not apply here. If so, be careful about accepting that type of tradition. Jesus Himself taught:

7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:
8 “These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. (Matthew 15:7-9)

14 “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,

‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: 15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’ — and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked — 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. (Revelation 3:14-19)

The Great Bwana Bob then goes off by letting you know that in his household NO ONE watches evil satanic football and those who do are Laodiceans (especially LCG members who refuse to heed his call).

I do not watch American football. I consider that it is evil (also, no Christian can really defend how professional football cheerleading females are often publicly dressed and displayed). Others want to falsely act like there is nothing wrong with watching it.

Some may not wish to hear about any of the evils of violent sports, and instead prefer smooth things, but hopefully I have tried to follow the Apostle Paul who declared:

26 Therefore I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all men. 27 For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God. (Acts 20:26-27)

The bodies and blood of those who engage in violent sports is important. It does not show Philadelphia love.

Regarding American football, do you believe that Jesus or the Apostle Paul would endorse it? This is something that Christians, and those that claim to be, should think and pray about.

Those Laodicean Christians who are fans of American tackle football are NOT Philadelphians and will be subject to violence themselves as they will have to go through the Great Tribulation if they do not repent (Revelation 3:14-22).

Encouraging violence in sports does not show brotherly/Philadelphian love.

Philadelphian Christians do not watch American tackle football–whether the USA or Canadian version of it.

LCG Going Forth In Power To All The World On Rumble

Rumbling with the Living Church of God on Rumble.
The biggest witness ever into the four corners of the globe!
Nations tremble at their feet.
Thousands converted to the truth!

Oh, wait! 49 people are followers.
Rumble has 78 million people on it.
But, there are 49 followers. Woo Hoo!

In a fun twist, the Great Bwana Bob has more followers for his snake oil supplements than the LCG does for the truth restored.

Where would the world be without the Churches of God in its midst?

Will Jesus Join The Improperly Named Continuing Church of God When He Returns?

One thing that has always fascinated me is why COG members have to ask other members and other splinter group leaders on which church they should belong to. I guess part of that illogical thinking is that the church never empowered members to think, either theologically or personally. The minister had the answer to everything.

In the Dayton area Bible Study night people could send up questions for the minister to answer. I remember my mother asking the question if it was ok for us as kids to drink water after recess on Atonement eve. His answer was, no. In our church area, no one was to eat after 12:00 noon on the eve of Atonement so that your stomach would already be empty and you would already be hungry by the time the fast started. This was to make you more humble.  Even elementary and high school kids were to do this. Others asked about proper car colors or the proper color a man's tie should be with his suit. One man asked what kind of vegetables were ok to paint in his garden. Seriously dude, grow a pair and plant what you want and enjoy!

As a result of the ministers making every decision for them, this led to a lot of members during the great upheaval of 1996 and later being unable to think for themselves as to which COG splinter they should join. People lived in fear of joining the wrong group endangering their chance of salvation. Such utter stupidity!

This brings us to today when our most highly favored crackpot prophet has another repeat of a letter he "claims" was sent to him by a COG member asking about which COG he should join. You can tell it was a man writing it because it is in all caps and asserts the authority this man believes he has.

The Great Bwana writes:

A while back, I received an email from a former Worldwide Church of God member that included the following:

I AM CONCERNED ABOUT SOME ISSUES OF MR. …. BELIEF AND APPARENTLY YOU DON’T AGREE WITH. I DON’T THINK THAT ANY OF THESE CHURCHES AGREE WITH OTHER SO WHO DO YOU GO WITH? …

The Crackpot then said this:

Anyway, here is what I responded to the former WCG member with:

Dear …:
As I have repeatedly written at COGwriter, I doubt that David Pack or Gerald Flurry are converted.
I consider that the only COG that is Philadelphian is the CCOG–though not all in CCOG are Philadelphian and there are Philadelphians not in CCOG–but no other COG represents the continuation of Philadelphia.

You should use God’s criteria, and none other to decide.

Here are two links you should read and pray about if you are truly serious:

How does the Continuing Church of God differ from other Sabbatarian COG groups?
Does the CCOG have the confirmed signs of Acts 2:17-18?

But most refuse to believe and use their own standards.
Best regards,
Bob Thiel

Our Crackpot prophet bases his entire hermeneutic on prophecy. Jesus be damned, it's prophecy or nothing!

My response to the above was to tell him that the COG he attends as well as a group that came out of it do not teach much about prophecy. They also have a lot of prophetic errors.

Given the unadulterated FACT that not one single Church of God leader, wanna-be leader, church scholar, evangelist, pastor, elder, deacon, or self-appointed prophet has EVER been right about any prophecy proves them all to be wrong and NO ONE should join up with these agents of darkensss and give them their hard-earned money.

The answer that Jesus would give is, "DO NOT join any of them, but follow me and stop worrying about the silliness your minister has been telling you. Rest in me and enjoy your life!"

Indiana Bob and His Little Cult May Be The Ones To Find The Ark of the Covenant!

Every day in COGland you wake up imagining that they cannot get any crazier and then one of them opens their mouth and says something more ludicrous than the last time.

This time it involves the Ark of the Covenant.

First, we had Stan Rader and Robert Kuhn claiming they wrote the original storyline that George Lucas and Steven Spielberg supposedly stole to make Raiders of the Lost ArkSUIT ON 'ARK' CHARGES STEALING FROM A NOVEL

Then, several years ago the great prophet of Edmond, Gerald Flurry, went off to Ireland traipsing the green hills looking for the location of the Ark of the Covenant. He thought it was buried in Hill Tara centuries ago by Jeremiah and his daughters. This is also why he bought property in England to give him quick access when it came time to dig up the hill before Christ comes to sit upon Herbert's prayer rock to be crowned King of Kings as he lifts the original stone 10 Commandments out of the Ark and makes them the law once again.

This really popped the cork for the Great Bwana to Africa and the occasional 100 Caucasians. The Great Bwana has had to play second fiddle to every COG splinter group leader out there today and this was just one more insult added to the already growing list. The Great Bwana deserves to find this!

So...

Our most highly esteemed and God-appointed before the foundations of the world were ever whirled into existence, is back regaling us with more ludicrous comments about prophecy and the significance of the improperly named "continuing" Church of "god" in world and church history. He wants us to know that one of his crazy church members dreamed about this so it HAS to be true.

While Solomon wanted it to be in the temple he built to house the ark forever, God had David write Zion was the chosen location. If the ark of the covenant is found and now is below the Church of God on Jerusalem’s Western Hill, known as Mt. Zion or perhaps another area called Zion, that would have ramifications for the world as well as the Continuing Church of God.

Fesilafai Fiso Leaana of New Zealand had a dream after going to bed on December 8, 2012. Here is a report that Fesilafai Fiso Leaana wrote about her dream:

A few months before my dream, my husband and I noticed a contradiction in practice, regarding the sabbath commandment in LCG, from there we started to pray continuously for God to lead us to where the truth is. It seems God has answered our prayers through the dream.

The dream began with myself and approximately 70 New Zealand Living Church of God brethren, then suddenly LCG vanished (I was wondering where is LCG?) and I was left standing with approximately 10 people excluding myself, on a very high building. We were standing on the very top of the building, where I couldn’t see the bottom, there were no other buildings, just this building. I could not see the bottom of the building but just clouds below the building and clouds surrounding the building which led to a beautiful white mountain – a mountain that had no ends on either side. The building was pretty close to the mountain, I could see the top of the mountain. The mountain was all white and so beautiful. I remember that I began to be filled with joy and peace. But also wondering how we got up on this building and confused why there were no other buildings but the clouds seemed like it was hiding the building and I felt protected or it felt like a safe place. I looked around there were still only about ten people there, the only person I could clearly recognize was Shirley constantly working, the approximate ten others were just sitting and standing around. So I walked around the building looking for the large crowd from LCG, but all I kept returning to was that Shirley was working and doing different types of work alone while the others were still sitting and standing around the building with me. I wondered why she was working a lot. I could not find LCG.

Then suddenly a message came to my mind: “There is a secret in the mountain”. And I was so happy to know that, I was still feeling elated and could still see the beautiful white mountain and wondered about the secret. Then I asked: “What is the secret?” Then the message said, nobody knows the secret in the mountain but only you have received this message that there is a secret in the mountain. Then I asked ‘what is the secret in the mountain?’ I received a message to my mind that told me that “the secret in the mountain is the Ark of the Covenant”. Then the dream abruptly ended because I woke up. And immediately, I woke up my husband and recounted the dream to him, and I told my husband that it reminded me of when God gave Moses the Ten Commandments on the mountain and that the mountain was also covered with clouds.

Within several weeks of the dream, ten people in New Zealand, including Shirley Gestro (the Shirley above) began to attend the newly formed Continuing Church of God.

Biblically, mountains can symbolize government (Psalm 30:7; Isaiah 11:9; Daniel 2:35; Zechariah 4:7) and white purity or cleanness (Isaiah 1:18; Revelation 7:14, 19:14). Clouds around a mountain (or at least the top of it) could show a separation—maybe a separation that keeps many from seeing all of the truth (cf. Job 22:14; Lamentations 3:44) or recognizing top leadership?

The dream seemed to be a signal to confirm that the Philadelphia mantle was not with the Living Church of God, but instead was associated with someone that had something to do with the ark of the covenant.

In the Spring and Fall of 2013 (which is before I learned of Fesilafai Fiso Leaana’s dream), a couple of different people emailed me and asked if the Continuing Church of God might possibly be involved in actually finding the Ark–and those two people knew nothing about the dream that Fesilafai Fiso Leaana of New Zealand had related to the Continuing Church of God when they originally asked me about it as it was not reported publicly until November 2013. We may have future involvement on this ark matter.

Anyway, it remains my view that there is a chance that we will see the Ark or we will see a strong claim that someone has located the Ark within the next decade or so.

The last time the Germans tried this...

Besides, TRUE Christians know that the real Ark is in Mar-a-Lago.

BREAKING EXPOSE (More Updates): Crackpot Prophet Bob Thiel, Linda Jane and the Translator Scam

A Linda Jane, from Huntsville, Alabama, USA, she says, acts, since at least 2015, as the "stateside" point of contact for unwary translation clients, mainly those requesting Asian languages for Christian materials. She even has a website to show (but, of course, with no address and no phone number): Teams of Translators / teams-of-translators.webnode.com . The website shows very interesting characters.

From an anonymous source: Banned additions in red. Also, note that this is a compilation of three separate emails.

Wow!

Bob has gotten huffy about those who've figured out that his many new translations are done via AI. He has denied that he uses AI for his translations. Well, it turns out that this is just another half-truth.

Bob is paying a shady service that at the very least makes false claims about its translators, using photos of other people deceptively and putting false names to those photos. It appears that Bob's translation service uses AI while claiming otherwise, and while making false claims about its "translators". I looked up the "Linda Jane" who Bob mentions in his 11/16 letter to the CCOG brethren, and it turns out that she's a scammer. Skip to Note 147 (posted below) here: Translator-Scammers-Notes

Banned: This is what Bob Thiel wrote in the November 16 Letter to the Brethren:

An anti-Church of God website, with no basis in fact, falsely posted that what we are receiving are Artificial Intelligence (AI) translations of our The Gospel of the Kingdom of God booklet.

That is not the case.

Additionally, I again asked the translation leader about how the translations are done, and here is what she sent me on Tuesday:

Dear Sir,

How are you? I hope you are doing well.

First of all, I am sorry to write a reply to your last email. I was busy with certain other projects.

Secondly, I already have mentioned, that we are connected through a large network of translators, proofreaders, teachers, preachers, Pastors and publishers around the world.

When you asked me to start translating “The Gospel of the Kingdom of God” into as many languages as possible, I immediately communicated with the network and we started working on it for as many languages as we could.

Thirdly, we got each and every work proofread through human efforts and whenever we got negative comments, we rejected that specific file and didn’t send you. So, be assured that these are purely human translations.

Fourthly, we have received hundreds of translations already that we haven’t yet sent you because Brother David Lewis works on these files, arranges them, converts them into PDF and then sends them to you. …

In Christ,

Linda Jane.

Anyway, it looks like we will receive hundreds more translations of our booklet in the future, so that means we may have over 1,000 different languages/dialects by the end of this calendar year. Perhaps one day 2,000 or more!

Banned: This is Note 147 mentioned above:

Kishan Singh (from India). Photo used in the site belongs to to Gautam Adani, one of richest men in India... The scammers didn't even changed the photo filename... Linda has nice words about "Kishan": "Helping Hands for Handicapped in Rajasthan, organized by our Brother Kishan Singh". And about Napoleon Zaki, "we are support xxxx Ministry, run by our Brother Napoleon Zaki"Linda also has a "secretary" with a very funny name: Andrewson Chris. Photo used in the site belongs to Chris Coyier, a web designer and developer living in Milwaukee. Again, the scammers didn't even changed the photo filename...As for the payment, Linda stated to a US prospective client: "We will accept the bank wiring in Pakistan the most needed area for now to build three orphanages and 5 widows houses." A Napolean Zaki, the "Final Beneficiary", will, no doubt, build the "3 orphanages and the 5 widows houses"!

NAMES & EMAILS ASSOCIATED W/ THIS SCAM:
Andrewson Chris / andrewsonchris7@gmail.com
Linda Jane / Jane Linda / j.yiddish.translator@gmail.com / Ph: 001456545447 !!!
Napoleon Zaki / prodical_son2007@yahoo.com (profile on TC is private)
Yee Sum (Chinese Director) / yeesum2006@gmail.com

And there's a lot more at that website. Bob is in this way over his head. What a loser!

Notice that the woman running the translation service Bob is using is clearly doing something deceitful. Her website shows a photo of one of her translators, by the name of Kishan Singh, but the photo is actually of wealthy Indian industrialist Gautam Adani.

Banned: Kishan Singh's picture from Linda James website:

Banned: This is who Kishan Singh really is:

She appears to be taking people's money then running their "translations" through Google Translate and other similar services while pretending that she has a staff of native-language translators.

And Bob has been fooled again, just like he was fooled by his African witch-doctor "ministers."

Some prophet, eh?

Observers will also notice that on the website of Bob's translator, the photo of her secretary, Andrewson Chris is on the Web in a couple of other places as a photo of a Mac user named Chris Coyier.

Banned comment: Even the name Andrewson Chris doesn't make sense in real life, but to an AI translator, it does. Also, notice the words printed in red above, more poor translation.

This is the real Chris Coyier:

Bob is a fool.

UPDATE:

Banned: This is who the Translator site is claiming is behind the fake translation site run by scammer Linda Jane:

Can you imagine a bunch of Pakistani Muslims translating Bob's so-called Christian book into dialects where Muslims in Pakistan and elsewhere live and do it accurately? What a farce Bob has turned into.

Linda Jane claims to charge between 3-5 cents per word to translate a book from English.

This is what real translators charge per word. Notice what they say about these fake sites like Linda Janes:

The average cost of a professional translator can range anywhere from $0.10 to $0.30 per word, depending on the language pair being translated, the quality of the translation, the turnaround time, and other factors. Translation agencies may charge a flat fee, but freelance translators may charge by the hour or by the word. The cost of translation can vary depending on the language pair, with some language combinations being more expensive than others. And yes, you will find 100s of people calling themselves translators on Upwork and similar sites. They all will tell how great they are and will quote you like 10% of what any reasonable translation agency would chargĂ© you but there’s a catch. They are not pros! They use public Google Translate to handle your job. Do you know what that means? GT terms and conditions for publicly available free service state that Google is free to use your data you input into GT for any purposes they see fit. It's the security and confidentiality, stupid! (As Bill Clinton would put it.)

For example, a Spanish translator may charge a higher rate than an English translator, because Spanish is considered a high-demand language. Translations between English and Spanish are typically more affordable than those between English and Chinese. The reason for this is that there are more English-Spanish translators available than English-Chinese translators, so there is more competition and lower prices. It is also important to consider the quality of the translation when determining how much to pay for a translator.

Similarly, a translator who specializes in medical documents may charge a higher rate than one who translates marketing materials. Or vice versa. The best way to get an accurate estimate of how much it will cost to hire a translator is to send the text to be translated, along with any instructions or context, to several different translation agencies or freelance translators and request quotes. The total cost will also depend on the length of the text; for example, a short document may only cost a few hundred dollars to translate, while a longer document could cost several thousand dollars. In general, though, it is usually more cost-effective to use a translation agency or team of translators rather than relying on Google Translate or other online services, which often produce inaccurate results.

High-quality translations are typically more expensive than literal translations, but they are worth the investment if your target audience is in a different region or speaks a different language. Finally, keep in mind that the price of translation is often based on the length of the source text. The longer the text, the higher the price will be. This is because it takes longer to translate a longer text, so translators need to be paid for their time.

Happy hunting!

Per-Word Rate

The per-word rate for hiring a translator can vary greatly, depending on the level of skill required. In general, a translator's experience and skill level increase their rate. Experienced translators have the advantage of higher rates because they can handle highly technical content with ease. When interviewing translation vendors, it is important to request a portfolio of samples and references of their work, including actual texts that the vendor has translated for their clients.

Although set-rate pricing is the traditional method, some clients still use a per-word rate. These rates are usually based on the number of words in the source document and the target language document. This way, clients can see the cost breakdown and know what to expect. Additionally, when using per-word pricing, it is crucial to choose a quality-oriented Language Services Provider (LSP) with the experience and expertise to ensure your documents are translated accurately. If you hire a novice linguist, you risk having your documents translated incorrectly or with an unprofessional appearance.

While hiring an in-house translator is usually less expensive, it is possible to find a professional who works on a freelance basis. Most freelance translators charge a per-word rate. This rate is usually lower than the hourly rate. The reason for this is that the freelancer is paid based on the number of words they translate.

The cost of hiring a translator varies depending on a number of factors including the language, region, and area of specialization. A minimum of $12 per word is recommended by the American Translators Association, but rates vary according to region and experience. You can also pay more if you need a rush translation. For example, a translator in Louisville, Kentucky, charges $.02 per word if a translation matches 100% of the original. For a 94% to 95 percent match, the rate increases to $.03 per word. If the translation matches only 65% of the words in the original language, the rate may be higher.

Translators advertise their services with confidence and charge appropriate rates. It is also important to list which languages they should translate, as some languages are more expensive than others. The cost of each language varies depending on the demand and supply curve.

Hourly Rate

If you are planning to hire a translator, you may need to determine the price of the project in advance. Translators usually quote their prices per word but use hourly rates, too, especially for revision, review and quality assurance tasks, as well as for Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE or PEMT). For instance, they may charge you $40 per word if the project will take three hours to complete. Of course, this can differ depending on the type of project and the deadline.

It is difficult to estimate how long a project will take since the language and the subject matter vary greatly. A translation of 5,000 words will take more time than a translation of 500 words. In addition, a translator's experience, education, and subject matter all play a role in the actual number of hours spent translating a project.

If you plan on hiring a translator for a specific project, you should first determine what kind of content you require. Oftentimes, highly technical content is difficult to translate and requires specialized vocabulary. This can be a problem even for native speakers. These types of projects require specialists who have experience in the language.

Languages That Cost More to Translate

There are certain languages that cost more to translate than others. For example, Norwegian, Swedish, and Icelandic are some of the more expensive languages to translate. While this may sound like an unfair comparison, these languages have much lower numbers of native speakers, which makes them more expensive to translate. Other languages that tend to cost more to translate are Portuguese, French, Japanese, and Italian.

Languages with more difficult language systems are more expensive to translate than others. For example, Japanese has a different writing system than English, which means that it is difficult to find translators who understand the Japanese writing style. In addition, the length of the document will also determine the price of a translation. A shorter document will take less time to translate, and therefore will cost less.

The price of a translation depends on several factors, including the type of project and the type of provider. The most common pricing methods are per hour or per word are used for calculations and quoting. But other methods are available as well, such as character, line, and page. The exact cost of a translation project will depend on many factors, including the size of the project and the amount of text it contains.

Another factor that affects the price of translation services is the level of expertise of the translators. Some translators are better than others, but if they are new to the language, you can expect the cost to be higher than if you were using a native speaker. In addition, the cost of living for a native speaker of a language can make translations more expensive.

After reading this it should be quite obvious that Bob is paying exorbitant amounts of money to translate his book or he is blatantly lying about having over 1500 languages in print at this time. The cost has to be out of the roof if he is using real translators. But we all know he is not.

This website says this about the cost of book translations:

Generally, book translation cost ranges from $0.08 to $0.18 per word. If you have a 10,000-word, it will cost between $800 and $1,800 for translation. The cost may change depending on various factors that we will deeply express in the next part. gtelocalize

The Translation Company says this:

Per-word rate is the most common measurement for pricing in the translation industry. Translation services rates in 2023 range from $0.09 to $0.40 per word in the United States. These rates vary due to factors such as choice of language, volume, turnaround, and subject matter.

Anyone with half a brain can look at Linda James's translation website and see how poorly it is designed. "Linda" clearly is NOT an American and is most likely parked in Gaza, India or Pakistan pretending to speak American English. The wording and phrases are not standard American English and are more likely straight from an AI language translator.

As the person said above, Bob Thiel is a fool! Not only has he fallen prey to his African swindlers masquerading as Christian evangelists, but he has fallen for one of the biggest translation scams out there! And, all of this isn't even including his fake degree in Theology from a "seminary" in India that is housed in a double-wide trailer.

The really sad part in all of this is that some of those African followers are no doubt sincere Christians wanting to do what is right. The problem is that they are being led by religious frauds like Bob Thiel and his fake adulterous and witchcraft-practicing evangelists.
