Dave Pack: I know when God arrives, Now I just have to figure out when Christ arrives...

We never know today what will come out of Dave's mouth due to the absolute craziness over the last few years. He does not disappoint today.

Brief Note From Mr. Pack

Greetings brethren!

The Church is on fire with what we have learned—and particularly the 1,335 understanding! Everything is on track!

Be assured, the overall prophetic “superstructure” remains intact. In fact more has been learned that strengthens the picture.

I will give a short Bible Study to be posted tomorrow night. In the meantime, here is something to “puzzle” over…

Read Ezekiel 21:24-26. Now an enigma. Verse 27 adds, “and it [the crown] shall be no more, until He [Christ] come whose right it is; and I [God] will give it him.”

Think! There is a gap between the events of verses 24-26 and Christ’s coming to David’s throne to wear the crown. How could this be?

The answer is shocking! We know when God arrives. The question becomes:

When does Christ? Enjoy trying to figure out Ezekiel 21. Wait until you hear all that it opens up!

David C. Pack

P.S. A member/co-worker letter will finally arrive next week. You will learn why the delay.

Why do crackpot COG prophets expect us to believe their every word?

The last few weeks have not been good for self-appointed COG prophets. One failure after another has smacked them across their smug faces. Never has the face of prophethood in the Church of God been such a horrible mess. From Jesus standing up Dave Pack, Gerald Flurry's reinstallation of Donald Trump to the US presidency, to Alton Billingsley who prophesied that Hillary Clinton would defeat Trump and be set up as the first woman to rule over the United States right before the Holy Roman Empire destroyed the nation and took people into slavery.

Despite all these failures, these stinking piles of steaming bullshit continue on and get even more fervent in their predictions. Unless of course, you are Bob Thiel and your prophetic radar is broken making you are the king of the could-be's and may-be's. They all demand that we respect their prophecies and not mock them.

Gerald Flurry is particularly perturbed right now that people are not heeding him and his prophecies. In his latest Trumpet rag he has this up: Do You Believe All That the Prophets Have Spoken?.

What is a true Christian? One who follows Jesus Christ—as well as His true apostles, prophets and other leaders.

What utter bullshit! A Christian is a follower of Christ and of no man. Self-appointed apostles, prophets, and COG leaders come and go and leave trails of destruction in their wake. When has the COG had a true prophet in its midst over the last many years? COG leaders always have to have Christ plus something added.

After Christ was crucified and resurrected, He walked among a group of Jews without being recognized. They talked about how Christ was a mighty prophet in word and deed. They searched His tomb but found it empty. This disappointed them because they had hoped Christ would redeem and save Israel at that time. They didn’t understand the timing of God’s plan—that they had only witnessed Christ’s firstcoming, not His Second Coming.

Then Christ had something very important to tell them: “Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken” (Luke 24:25). Do you believe all that the prophets have spoken? All of it? To follow Christ, we must do this. He doesn’t want followers who relegate prophecy to mere history or who disregard the Old Testament. Christ rebuked these Jews severely!

I can state for a fact to follow Christ one does NOT have to believe any COG prophet or anything they speak. It is not a requirement for salvation.

As Flurry continues on the bullshit gets deeper and deeper:

God wants to lead us. Magnificent glory is available to us—if we’re willing to do what the prophets say. Heed the prophets, because God sent them to teach us what we need to know to enter His Kingdom, which is also His Family.

God has NOT sent Bob Thiel, Dave Pack, Gerald Flurry, Alton Billingsley, or Ron Weinland to us. They have absolutely NOTHING to teach us that is worthwhile or necessary for salvation and entrance into some phantasmagoric hell hole of a kingdom these guys want to set up according to their wishes.

“And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself” (verse 27). These Jews didn’t know the Bible passages about Christ’s first coming. Christ was telling them they had been lazy in their Bible study!

COG members are lazy in their Bible Study of they actually believe these professional bullshitters.  No one in their right mind who has even a superficial understanding of the bible would EVER join up with these guys.

Flurry goes on to speculate that Jesus always looked back at the prophets of the Old Testament because the New Testament did not exist yet. And we should do so today. We need to do that because today 90% of all prophecy is being fulfilled and we need to follow today's prophets.

“And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days” (Genesis 49:1). In the last days! Ninety percent of all Bible prophecy is being fulfilled in this end time. “… At the end it shall speak …” (Habakkuk 2:3). Sometimes, prophecy is dual, meaning Bible history will repeat itself. We need to know prophecy!

Flurry believes that he and his church and his prophethood are prophecies in the Bible for the end times. Rising out of the ruins of the mother church and into the mess he has created.

God the Father is perfect. Jesus Christ is perfect. The Bible is Jesus Christ in print. Remember this when you study the Bible. Imperfect translators made some mistakes, but this doesn’t nullify the messages of any of the biblical books.

“And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me: Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up” (Acts 15:13-16). This is another example of the New Testament quoting the Old Testament. Here, Amos 9:11 is referenced.

“In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old” (Amos 9:11). God’s Church fell several decades ago. Someone had to raise it back up before Christ’s return. This is all about the throne of David. Where is that throne today? Christ will sit on it when He returns, so it has to be somewhere on Earth already! Study my free book The New Throne of David to learn more.

Imagine a god being so impotent and weak that it was unable to keep a church alive for its people and needed Flurry to come along and restore it. How pathetic is that god? And, what kind of a god needs a special rock to come back and sit upon when it supposedly is already King of all that is? It certainly does not need a rock in Edmond Oklahoma to come back to or a sad storefront in Grover Beach, CA, or a campus in Wadsworth, Ohio.

Flurry ends with this:

God wants us to live by every word of all these prophets. This will fill our lives with glory, wonder, majesty and royalty! God’s Word is about to flood the Earth (Isaiah 11:9), but we can soak it up right now! This world is suffering for not paying attention to the prophets of God. Soon, God will raise the ruins of the world just like He has in His Church.

If you ignore the prophets of old you are sure to ignore the prophets of today in the church. Seriously? What crap! Besides, a follower of Jesus does NOT need a physical "church" to cling to for salvation.

We’re right at the edge of Christ’s Second Coming, when all will choose the right tree that Moses prophesied about. Christ will fill the Earth with wonders that will set our imaginations on fire!

No one needs either of the two trees of Moses or Herbert Armstrong's two trees for that matter. Christians know that Jesus made those trees obsolete and unnecessary. COG leaders and false prophets always have us looking backward at something outdated and unnecessary and establish all kinds of obstacles in our paths.

RCG: Bradford Schleifer What Kind Of A Man Are You That Continues To Defend Dave Pack After His Latest Epic Failure As A Prophet? How Much Longer Will You Be An Active Participant In This Sick Charade?

Here we are heading into Saturday evening of February 6th, 2021, the new date that Dave Pack said that Jesus Christ was returning as an absolute fact. This was an established certainty made by Dave in sermon 285 last week and was such a certainty that Dave said there was nothing further to preach on the subject. We all knew then that nothing would happen and Dave would be exposed, yet again, as a liar.

That brings us to Bradford Schleifer, Dave's #1 right-hand man. For many years he has been covering up for Dave's epic failures and defending Dave to the members of the RCG. No matter how many lies Dave told, Schleifer stood up for him, all the while knowing that Dave is a false prophet.

Since the Restored Church of God takes all scripture as literal it is surprising that he refuses to follow this scripture:

"If the prophet speaks in the Lord’s name but his prediction does not happen or come true, you will know that the Lord did not give that message. That prophet has spoken without my authority and need not be feared." Deuteronomy 18:22

Schleifer now knows for a fact that Dave is a false prophet. There is no doubt and no question to that fact. So why does he support Dave? As one person noted earlier in a post here about Schleifer, he knows he is ignoring a clear statement of fact from scripture, AND he is encouraging others to do the same.

"Jesus said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come! It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble." Luke 17:1-2

Schleifer still wants to present himself as Dave's most loyal ally and yet he may end up being the one who will feel the brunt of Dave's madness when he finally cracks and lashes out at him.  Deep down in Schleifer's soul he has to know that Dave is mad when he sits in meetings with the other 14 ministers as they all listen to Dave's latest vision or excuse.

In the previous post mentioned above, this comment was made:

Actually, when Pack finally cracks, his most vicious attacks, maybe even violent, will be against those closest to him who have been his primary narcissistic sources but are no longer able to comply as his grip on reality becomes weaker and weaker. Lesser men in the Pack hierarchy may be able to recover from Dave's inevitable eventual fall, but the odds are great that Brad Schleifer will go down with the Pack ship, whether his ruin is emotional, fiscal, or involves life itself.

As Dave's righthand man. Schleifer is also one of Dave's enforcers. He backs up the church ministers who actively work to con widows and members out of as much money as they can.  Schleifer knows how much the widows and older members struggle to meet Dave's financial demands, with many of them giving all of their savings and retirements to Dave thanks to All Things Common doctrine. This is the same money that lets Schleifer live in a beautiful home, have a nice car, and live a life without wants or needs.

In the position Schleifer holds, he covers up for abusive ministers under him just like he covers for Dave:

You are a despicable human being Bradford. You KNOW what Pack is doing. How he talks the RCG members out of money and out of their homes. How he destroys families. You KNOW how Pack is holding them hostage with fear about the lake of fire.

And yet you do nothing to help them. Instead, you facilitate David Pack. You kneel before him, instead of before God.

Can you look at yourself in the mirror? Can you live with yourself Bradford, knowing that you are willingly destroying people’s lives? Do you know what God will do with people like you in the end?

Schleifer has made it quite apparent he does not care. Loyalty to Dave is more important. The suffering of members is not a priority.

Dave notices Schleifer's loyalty and exploits it. Dave made Schleifer one of the elites on campus and gave him a new home and rank as an evangelist. Not an evangelist that you see portrayed in scripture, but the abusive kind of evangelist that you see in the Church of God.

Sadly the COG is filled with these kinds of men. Men who stay loyal no matter what. Position and power are far more important than integrity, good character, and men who uphold good biblical standards.

I cannot imagine what will happen when his child learns one day how his dad enabled Dave in his madness and how his dad was abusive towards women and members of the church. That is not a legacy that a child needs to have left to them.

As a reader here in the previous post asked Schleifer.

What kind of man are you?

Do you really want your legacy to be tied to a man who has lost his way and continues to build an ever-changing, never-ending prophecy out of his own delusions????

You have been there too long to think you are not part of the campaign to make merchandise of the brethren!!!

How can you look in the mirror and not see what kind of man you have become under Pack???

PS To Bradford:

If you care to respond to this I will post your response as to why you still support Dave...without any commentary added.

David C Pack RCG "CHRIST RETURNED!..UHH...WHERE?

Wednesday, December 30, 2020

Dave Pack: "And I knew this was the last message. And every day, this week, I worked all day, every day and deep into the night. Uh, every day it got clearer and clearer and clearer. "

From a Restored Church of God source:

Excerpts from, sermon 276:

Excerpt from 57 minutes:

Okay. Let's talk. As I've often said, I didn't really know what I was saying. We won't get out of this year. Now, what I meant was we're not going another year, but it's interesting. My words are almost prophetic. Maybe literally were, was I saying something? Uh, I didn't realize I was saying, that's kind of a question everywhere. You turn, people are overwhelmed with COVID and destitution and storms, and they're all saying maybe 2021, just an interesting little side point, flicking it out there. It will be better. One commentator and news comment. After another horror, weary and beaten down and suicides have never been like they are now depression, alcoholism, drugs, domestic abuse, 110,000 restaurants gone, never to return.

Now I want to turn over to acts one and verse seven, and let's revisit in an extraordinary way. The disciples asking Christ, right? As he's about to ascend and I'll show you, you read things over and over until it's time to get to the end. You just don't know. So here we go. They'd been talking about the kingdom of God, the end of verse three. And here's what they asked. Excuse me. When they four were come together, they asked him saying, Lord, will you at this, this space of time restore again, the kingdom, Israel, just right out of the gate, nothing more. Bad's going to happen, brethren. We're not going to see any bad people till bitter. It's just bang. You're going to bring the kingdom down here.

Excerpt from 1:05:

And I'm going to just shock you with some stuff we're going to look at here. What are the odds that we would have the same Sabbath layout in 2021 that would occur in that occurred in 27 when Christ began his ministry late in the year? What are the odds of that? You have to just think about it. I guess you could say six to one on that, but it's lined up to where the series is over and there's a final message. You start getting into some astronomical math, and haven't even given you the most powerful evidence yet.

So I began to, I'd go into Mr. Schleifer's office before I knew any of what I'm about to tell you. And I would say, Brad, you know, this, this looks like new year's night. Would Christ come on new year's night? I mean, would he? And we we go over the evidence, not, not the strongest of which I was suspicious of it before I even examined Luke. But timing itself, I said, this is the final message. You go a few days. And then there's a Maha that, that doesn't even get you out of the week. We're trapped and we'd sit there and we'd go puzzle over it. And Mr. Mr. Habboush and Holcomb we'd do the same. There's no evidence that you wait another second. There's a Sabbath in due season where he gives a final message and then he's waiting and watching that looks like you get to another Sabbath.

What would, what would be too long? And then I wonder, wait a minute. He hits a certain point and he can't Terry won't, he can't, he's stuck. It's like, as he stuck with the new year, what is this? That's the way it was, it was questions. What is this? I knew there were no more messages because when the messenger delivers the message, he knows that he did. And I knew this was the last message. And every day, this week, I worked all day, every day and deep into the night. Uh, every day it got clearer and clearer and clearer. I saw all these things. So then you go on over to Galatians chapter four, and we find an interesting clue. We know that God has some year in mind that matters.

Excerpt from 1:35

That comprise the sacred month. What new moons is he talking about? Turnover there at Isaiah one? Let's just read it. He actually says it twice. Just here. You're talking to the rulers of Sodom and Gomorrah sound like our nation today, frankly, the old world in a way to what purpose is a multitude of your sacrifices, the new year's and ancient Israel. And for thousands of years, people give each other gifts. It could be booze, it could be chocolate, it could be food and stuff, and they would lay garlands on the altar to the gods. And God says, I hate that. I don't want you serving other gods. So if you were going to come and set up the kingdom of God, what day might you come? And just smash it right in the middle while the whole world's drunk. Okay.

And this is December 26th and this series is over. And there is a message. The, when everybody's heard it, you got about that long before the Lord. Jesus Christ comes before the first season. And nine months later, you have the last season when we get eternal life, which is the day of the Lord.

Excerpts from 1:49 to end

Institutions are something under a year, seven years and a thousand years. If I could have known that I could have sorted this out and a dozen to 15 hours, and then I would have been done about five years too early, or God would have waited later. So why did he, why do you think it went so long? Why did God want it to go long? Well, number one, I'll just say perhaps to humble me. Because of the great honor of getting to teach this and maybe because of what is going to come to me, it now you think of humble. I'm going to use a bunch of words. I'm going to use the word humble, uh, human humiliate and humus. So they all come from the earth here, humans and stuff that lays on the ground. At times it was humanly humiliating to say I was wrong and to stand up and have to explain it again. But I was on a course. I wasn't going to see things and you ought to at least sit here and wonder how in the world Mr. Pack, did you put all this together in a week? I heard what you said last week, and that was helpful. And I hope you think that bang at the end of over five years, is this all the answers? I didn't put it together and put anything together. I was on a train. I wasn't a conductor. I was in the second car. And at times I felt like I was in the caboose. And, but I wasn't a brakeman either. I couldn't slow it down. So I would see more things.

It was humbling. I wouldn't say humiliating, but it was hard. It was galling. I'm a precisionist. And I would have to stand up. I got to change it. But here's the second reason so that the self-righteous impatient people among us would expose themselves and leave making the most horrific decision of their lives. And if you just spat it out in a few weeks, it'd be too easy. You wouldn't have to keep the word of my patience because Christ has been guiding us all along toward a date he surely knew. Most are extremely grateful for this knowledge. Some are not. And even a few among us who are, we're not just cannot say thank you. They're just upset with the way I bring it. I could cite some people and, uh, you know, just very self-righteous people.

I can think of one particular person not here, always telling me I couldn't get it right. I'm just upset. Just upset. Could never be grateful. She's not here headquarters, but it just never could be great. Never say thank you for this treasure of knowledge we didn't have years ago. Couldn't do it. It was just always it wasn't right. Wasn't right. Wasn't right. But most are extremely grateful, but those are not leave. They're not grateful. They're not staying because they love it or leaving because they love it. Jude 22 and 23 says have compassion. They're just going into the fire. Let him just, just try to pull them back. And if you can't let them go, here's the third thing.

It, we would learn. God will learn who would keep the word of his patients waiting and watching all the way till he arrived, because they saw that big 27 and they understood it. My job was to tell you what God says, not to make a pronouncement. So tell you what God says. I've shown you from the Bible. The best I could believe me. This series is more over than it could ever be. You saw tonight and have heard for over five years and you know, 500. And I don't know, way up there, way over 560, 70, 80 hours, because we cut so much out in the early, early years. They were long, but you've heard it and you've seen it. And it looks like we might have about five days, but I can't tell you exactly in there, but I can see newminea and I can see all the warnings about drunkenness. I can see Peter talking about it. Paul talking about it in Christ three times. And something's going on on that night, which is unusual and is a threat to people because of alcohol and other things that are related. So we might close the series saying, come Lord Jesus. God speed this day and good night.

Dave Pack: Can’t Stand Smug People As He Says, I Can't Shut Up Now, I Have Learned Too Much: Christ Should Have Returned Before Christmas, Or Something.

Now, here's another point. We have kept the word of Christ’s patience a long time. We might ask, how much longer would God expect, generally speaking? It's easy to be patient for the last, you know, one or three or five days, whatever it is, um, If this is the last message. that part's easy, the hard parts behind us.

Now, I could take a long time to explain this, but I came to understand something about the month of Kislev - this Kislev. The foundation of the ancient Zerubbabel Temple was laid on Kislev 24, this is Kislev 26. And there were 14 different places in Haggai and Zechariah that stress the importance of that day. I wondered could it actually be that day, which was Thursday two days ago, right before Hanukkah started Thursday. Could actually be that day? Well, no, then we’d know the day and Christ would have known it for thousands of years. Can't be.

So, it's got to be, is it close to that day? You go read it because here's what God says in Haggai [2:18-19], “Now on this day. This day, when the foundation of the Lord's House was laid…” And I looked, and I thought, OK, you have the ancient Zerubbabel, then you have this crisis Zerubbabel with seven eyes – it means out of Babylon. Then he laid he laid the physical foundation stone in a temple back, you know, 2,500 years ago Christ is the foundation stone; he laid the foundation stone of a spiritual temple. Would he pick the same day? Call it “foundation.” That was a physical stone; we're all spiritual stones and don't you lay any stones on that stone back there 2,500 years ago until you make note of this day, “I'm going to bless you on this day.” Well, it wasn't 924.

So, I began to realize I'm going to have to give another message. I've learned too much. God's people do not know what is about to happen. They don't know! They have some ideas; they don't know they're going to meet the Father right away. They don't know the great supper and the wedding supper are the same thing. They don't know the fire’s one day. They don't understand exactly these things about how Elijah comes first, and he's the twig, and once you see that twig it's a lock. It's a lock. The question would be we're trying to figure out talking about whether or not, uh, uh, it's around the end of Kislev.

Couple other interesting things. You, you weigh them, give them whatever, whatever value you give them. Because most of most of the Book of Zachariah was written in Kislev. The whole back of Haggai stresses the importance of Kislev. And I began to [think] - it never crossed my mind – I really, “Oh, I was born in Kislev. Would that be a, would that signify (just a question) with that signify…” I mean, the odds are you know eleven to one against that. I was born in Kislev, would that be the signal to me that maybe the twig, and that's why we're very close?

And Mr. Schliefer, my right-hand man, was also born in Kislev two days before I was, a few years later, alright? And um, so I just noted that – “mmm, I don't know.” But here we are, there's three days left in Kislev, is, is there some indicator that it's around 924? Well it’s not 'cause we've already started the beginning of 927 and not everybody's even heard this. Could it go on into Tevet? Would it be the first day of Tevet? I don't know because then you have exactly, uh, umm 9 months until, you know, the devour month. Would God want to do it that way? I don't know. I am not saying he would, or he wouldn't. It can't be both.

An interesting thing, this is important: in John 10 – now, we're entering the third night of Hanukkah, I want to just throw that out there – when Christ introduced this monster wolf in John 10, the Antichrist, who is the man of sin, who's the thief, the murderous thieving destroyer, And there are thieves, and robbers, and strangers who see this wolf, and they run off; their hirelings are run off, he's the evil shepherd, and he's warning all about this and telling the whole story about how this porter goes and works with him, the only other place where it says he commanded the porter to watch. And then the porter watches, and then there's this monster coming. I will tell you, Christ taught that in John 10 and brought to light the man of sin, he was speaking during Hanukkah. So now is he telling us this is going to go down in Hanukkah? Well, there's a little under 6 days to go in Hanukkah, because Hanukkah starts in in, in um Kislev and ends in Tevet.

Here's another interesting point. There is a fast that begin, that, that, that occurs in this First Kingdom, and that fast is on Tevet 10. There's another one in the fourth month; 10th month, 4th month, 5th month. In the 7th month they're supposed to fast right after Trumpets. God said I'm not going to hear you. But there's a fast on Tevet 10. Tevet 10 it just so happens is Christmas. If Israel is supposed to fast by Tevet 10, then Christ has to come before Christmas, which might be the man of sin, who is a Pope coming “in his season,” the Christmas season. The Catholics make Christmas the biggest of all. They’re the most Pagan, the most heathen group, big as they are, and it's their season. Is that… I'm just throwing out all these things. One thing, time is running out. It's been a long time. We have to be getting close.

Daniel was unsealed. I finally understood every element of Daniel this week. It all came together – and twice God says, “When that book is unsealed at the… now the end.” It's go time. So why did I finally understand Daniel – Daniel 12:4 and 9 talks about this period – why’d I understand that right, right now? I had to explain it. I never understood Daniel 7 correctly. Or some things in some other verses. I used to think the man of sin was that guy in Daniel 11 'cause they looked alike. Well, because they're both popes and he had to separate them. One was the season, one was the year; year later. So that's important. Then of course is the basic question, why would I learn it all now? Well, it's obvious, so we can wait another year. Trying to be facetious.

Then, of course, there's the fact that the last message everything turns on what was its content. It was designed by God to prepare the way for the Father. You didn't even know, and I wasn't, I wasn't, I didn't believe he was coming – maybe his spirit would stand here, whatever. I had that wrong. Well, until the brethren had been prepared for the Father and all the things – that's what it said, “The things that are going to shortly come to pass…” a fire for one day, the man of sin has proof moved in. Until we understood all of that – had the day of Christ in the right place, and it wasn't the day of the Lord, they’re 10 months apart – we weren't ready to go.

So, content is critical. The content of this message is not explaining “be sure we got all Revelation right,” it's laying out the whole plan of God from Aardvark to zebra. You know, A-Z as we say. The whole thing, the whole bible on, the whole book. So, content would suggest this is the last message. I've asked, “What would I say next week?” The only thing I could do is drill deeper.

Now, I'm not saying it's as certain as one to a quadrillion to the 4th power. I'm not, I'm not doing that, but I'm telling you there's an awful lot of things that line up. Just an awful lot of things. Both – it's funny: uh, I'm called the fig tree, you know, both of my servants, my, my assistants rather, Mr. Habboush and Holcombe were born in the month of Shevat, which is the month of Figs, which is kind of an interesting thing. I don't make a big deal of that stuff, I don't, but it is kind of interesting. Mr. Schleifer born in Kislev, would that be because, because I'm raised in Kislev and then Christ comes in Tevet? Or would it be both of them happen in Kislev? They're just things that I would, I would leave you with.

So. If you're not on fire - and I would, I would, I would adjure you, brethren – watch. Everything suggests now, but I can't give you the day in the hour. I don't even know how long it will take for everybody to hear it. I don't know how you can show the servants and they don't all hear it. But if you're not on fire about this, you're asleep. There are some among us who will be asleep. We got some smug people among us, you'd be surprised. I don't go around telling people, ‘You're smug and you're not,” but I mean, I can look out in an audience and see somebody who's smug. You know, we gotta face like a wooden Indian, I mean, I can tell. I mean, I can tell who's onboard and who's not. Now, let me go further. If you now leave this church for even a splinter, you are almost suicidal without knowing it. I don't even know if you could hear all of this and get included if you blew it off and went to a splinter. Maybe you could, maybe God would be merciful. You heard five years or most of it and then left. You know, “Where is the parousia? My Lord delays his coming, I'm outta here, I'm gonna go get drunk.” Like those, you know, different warnings.

And finally, if you go to the world – you go back and you give up everything – you have a death wish. You were a sow or a dog who has returned to the mire. I'm just warning you. I'm warning you. To the, to, to, to the mire or the vomit.

It would seem to me. It would seem to me. That this message – could we say so very obviously? – appears to have prepared the way before God.

Let's watch. <end>

Davey Pack Is Back And He Is Ready To Deliver His Most Important Sermon In 50 Years!

Davey is back after disappearing for a while in embarrassment that his Christ has not returned to Wadsworth. Not to disappoint any of us, Davey says his sermon on Saturday will be the most important sermon he has ever delivered in 50 years! Will JC finally be returning to Wadsworth?

A comment on another thread about his absence:

When has Davie ever gone this long without giving a message? He has egg on his face for constant looney failed prophecies (but genius too because if you wait long enough after the worst failure, the simple and foolish will forget). That or he is too scared to come out of his glided home to attend services for fear of COVID. Talk is cheap. If there is a sniffle in the congregation he is one of the first to avoid contact and stay away. A man who claims to speak with authority from God has to sneak in amd out through a back door and sit with only vetted, approved people. Give me a break!

Upcoming Sermon
In last week’s Brethren/Co-Worker letter we saw that every condition prophesied to precede Christ’s return exists right now. These 25 conditions (and even more could be included) powerfully illustrate that the world is now ripe for God’s kingdom to be established.
With this in mind, please note that Mr. Pack plans to deliver a sermon here at Headquarters tomorrow. With the passing of time, he learned exciting details about God’s overall plan and events soon to unfold. Mr. Pack is looking forward to sharing this understanding with the Church.
This message will be made available for download soon after it has been delivered.
Brethren, for many reasons this is the most important sermon Mr. Pack will deliver in his 50 years of preaching. Once you have listened to it you will know why.
You want to be ready, prepared to receive and listen to the message as soon as possible!

Dave Pack and how he manipulates his people

 From a reader:

While working on a transcript of a DP sermon, I get a better idea of his manipulative technique. Primarily he's presenting himself as clueless to God's intent for him, then pretending to discover it, and being surprised by the revelation. He knows that his true fans are already brainwashed into seeing him as an apostle/prophet/savior/all of the above, so he's playing on this by pretending to realize what his followers already believe about him. So in their minds, Dave is working out what they are already convinced of. They really believe he's like Moses or Jeremiah who did not want to be God's prime man, and so they are even more convinced when Dave plays this whole thing up about getting it wrong. They see him as just trying to figure all this stuff out, and God is holding his hand walking him through everything. So in the minds of his true fans, it's because of his humility that he gets things wrong. They are then primed to accept whatever conclusion he makes about the office he sits in. The reality is that he wants the power, but he has duped his followers that he really doesn't, that he's just in a process of discovering that he happens to be the one God has chosen. It's like Palpatine who humbly accepted the office of dictator, because it was the right thing to do.

Dave Pack on how to entertain the minister when he drops by for a visit

Dave Pack, in his never-ending quest to control every aspect of his follower's lives, has laid out the rules for when a minister comes to visit. Lock the pets up, silence the children, and DO NOT give him any sugar-laden dessert!

Be sure to show proper respect. Remember I Timothy 5:17: “Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially they who labor in the word and doctrine.” And III John 8, “We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellow helpers to the truth.” In so doing, you actually serve the Church while the minister serves you!

You do not need to prepare an elaborate meal, or go to great effort to make something special. In many instances, your minister will have already eaten. It is fine to offer water, milk, coffee, tea or juice to drink and some type of snack. Healthful cookies, a piece of pie or cake are fine, but be sure they are wholesome—not laden with sugar. (Many of God’s people do not follow His principles of healthy living and it shows!) It is critical that a minister watches and takes care of his health. Traveling many miles and eating the wrong food can sabotage this. Do your part to help keep him—and yourself—healthy.

Do not be offended if he declines the refreshments offered; it may be that he has had his fill for the day.

If you have animals or pets, it is a good idea to put them in their cage or in another room of the house. This is not to say the ministry does not like dogs or cats—most do. But a pet nipping at or jumping on the minister or his wife is not good. This can be distracting, and since the minister will be wearing dress slacks, a tie and jacket, this could possibly soil or damage his clothes.

Also, ensure your children are well-behaved, polite and respectful. Young boys and girls should be able to sit or play quietly. Children of any age should not become a distraction or disrupt conversation.

Of course, you will want to dress for the occasion when receiving a minister. This is not the time for a T-shirt and jeans. While you do not need to put on your Sabbath clothes, and women are not required to wear dresses, you should receive him wearing nice apparel. Dressy casual is your best choice.

Think of it this way. When receiving one of Christ’s ministers, you are also receiving Jesus Christ and God the Father: “He that receives you receives Me, and he that receives Me receives Him that sent Me” (Matt. 10:40). While this does not mean you should “make a big fuss” over a minister, it does mean you should cordially and warmly welcome him. As always, remember to be balanced.

There is NO minister in the Restored Church of God that is representative of Christ and God the Father and therefore members do NOT need to worry that they are 'receiving" Christ and God. This is the stupidity that is used by COG leaders to instill fear and control over members.

Dave Pack: The Pathological Liar

Before this gets lost in the comments:

"It is generally known that a younger local elder (having been previously demoted to this rank) at Headquarters recently left the Church. He came to believe that he was above counsel and correction, basically melting down when he faced setbacks and reversals and things did not go his way."

This is hilarious reading this description of me nearly 6 years later. I don't even know where to begin with Pack's pathological lying. Yes, I was privately demoted some months before I left. Of course, the reasons aren't remotely close to what to Pack states. I had a pattern of providing counsel to Pack he did not like. When he had enough, he demoted me, privately.

One particular thing I had recommended to Pack, he chastised me for on the spot, but then a few months later at the feast, he announced the exact same plan to the church. Did he apologize to me for chastising me for the very idea he came to like and enact? Of course not.

Oh, and the melting down when things don't go his way is Pack perfectly describing himself. Many men experienced his epic childish meltdowns over the most trivial of things that affected him personally.

Pack also conveniently leaves out how he forced me and other ministers off payroll (in my case fired for supposedly not having suffered enough in life...for real, I was fired for that reason), but then he announces to church that we voluntarily went off payroll.

Lies are numerous with that man.

Oh, and he fired my wife through me while she was on maternity leave. What was her grievous act? She was supposedly too tough on people...lol. She was an accountant.

Once again, a great example of Pack projecting his nature into others.

So in the end, after a spirited counseling session with other ministers, I quietly walked out of HQ, wrote a short resignation letter, and haven't looked back since.

Life is good.

Cheers to critical thinking and choosing one's own path.

Is Dave Pack Ready To "Squeal Like A Stuck Pig?"

The small group of apostate church jumpers at Restored Church of God have this little blurb up today about Dave Pack ridiculing Ron Weinland and his idiotic May 27th prophecy:

New Open Letter Addressing Ronald Weinland’s Prophecies

Mr. Pack has written an extensive Open Letter to followers of the Church of God – PKG. It is titled “Ron Weinland—Spectacularly Wrong!

Over recent years, Ronald Weinland fell into ridiculous teachings on many topics, but especially his framework of prophecy. He has announced a series of failed predictions. He is most noted for predicting that Jesus Christ will return on May 27, 2012.

Opening with a more than cursory overview of the truth of prophecy, including some brief statements from Mr. Armstrong, this article goes on to identify and refute Weinland’s bizarre, totally unscriptural prophetic scenario. Addressing a number of topics in a way you have not seen, it is a tool to help misled followers untangle themselves from a web of error and delusion.

Apostle Pack says:

Some time before (referring to Harold Camping), a lesser known “prophet,” Ronald Weinland (of the Church of God – PKG), had spun his own theory about how Christ would return on May 27, 2012. He began pushing in earnest his end-time scenario—through extensive ad campaigns much like Harold Camping—five and a half years earlier in late 2006, in belief that the Great Tribulation would begin on December 14, 2008. (Also paralleling Harold Camping, Ron Weinland has had to recompute events and dates because of failed prophecies.)

Dave does not recognize the fact that Herbert W Armstrong had hundreds of failed prophecies. Gerald Waterhouse had hundreds of them, Dean Blackwell had his share, John Rittenbaugh has his embarrassing failures.  The list could go on and on.

The most magnanimous Apostle to ever walk the face of the earth has this to say:

True ministers of God strive to never attack other human beings. They are for the truth rather than against people—and there is a big difference. Therefore, I have determined to actively resist and teach against any false doctrines that are deceiving people among the splinters. However, this subject presents a unique problem with this policy.
Dave then goes on to say this:

When a leader teaches a false concept or doctrine, it rarely has anything to do with himself. Generally, the heresy can be clearly singled out and countered without having to necessarily address the man who teaches it.

This is going to come back and  bite Dave in the ass big time!   RCG is all about DAVE!  It's all about HIMSELF!  Hersey in the Restored Church of God is centered squarely in Dave Pack's shoulders!

Dave goes on to say this about prophets, which of course does not apply to him:

The Bible says prophets fall into one of two categories—true or false. All prophets—past, present or future—are one or the other. They cannot be both, and they cannot be in-between. Within the category of false prophets are two types: Those who claim to be a prophet, but falsely foretell events, not being inspired by the true God—and those who do not necessarily claim to be a prophet, but who teach falsely about prophecy—and for that matter any other aspect of God’s Word. The latter would include false teachers and false ministers. Like false prophets, false teachers assert they are vested with God’s authority. Rather than falsely prophesying future events, they teach false doctrines supposedly from the Bible. Therefore, Jesus’ warnings about false prophets also apply to false teachers, who work in the same way.

Ronald Weinland is a complete fraud, and one who is breathtakingly ignorant of even the most rudimentary elements of prophecy—of events that should be impossible to misunderstand. He is utterly wrong—and in his case spectacularly so, and on virtually every point! The Bible does not validate any of his prophetic ideas. You are about to see this.

We can rightly says:

Dave Pack is a complete fraud, and one who is breathtakingly ignorant of even the most rudimentary elements of prophecy—of events that should be impossible to misunderstand. He is utterly wrong—and in his case spectacularly so, and on virtually every point! The Bible does not validate any of his prophetic ideas. You are about to see this.

Dave says:

Tragically, most who read Bible prophecy remain in near total ignorance of its size and scope. They are completely unable to recognize the speed, sequence and timing of its prophecies. And this is on top of not truly comprehending what any of them means! So many just cannot untangle the maze of what happens when, as well as where and to whom—and WHY!

Then says this  about his prophecies.  He knows EXACTLY how they will all come about:

The interested reader will want to view my 2-part World to Come broadcast series titled “26 Prophetic Events in Exact Sequence Before Christ’s Return!” It reveals in detail all that lies ahead.)

Dave then goes into a look screed about the specific things that will happen in a specific order.  Just typical Armstrongite prophecy silliness.

Dave does write some good things in his letter that are spot on about Weinland.

...seeing through Ron Weinland should be a snap. Incredibly, he has managed to get almost nothing right—NOTHING! It has been said that even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut. Not Weinland! He seems unable to get anything right, even accidentally. Again, if Elijah mocked the ancient prophets of Baal, I can mock a modern one.

Pack has this to say about lying false prophets.

A final word of caution: When their silliness is exposed for what it is, false prophets usually squeal like stuck hogs in protest. With his “credibility” now at stake, I realize this article might cause Ron Weinland to smear my credibility. He virtually has to. But at best his words will only carry “weight” until May 28 when his prophecy fails. The even barely discerning person will realize Weinland cannot use God’s Word in any intelligible fashion to do this.

I can see that very soon we will see Dave squealing like a stuck pig because of his lies.

Beware all you splinter cult leaders, Dave has his sight set on you next!  God's most powerful Apostle over the largest web based minister on earth today is coming after you!

I will address more splinter leaders in the future—and in detail. This includes certain other deceivers within these groups.
Dave's letter is long and boring, filled with typical Armstrongite theological stances with a Dave spin added to them.  Read it at your leisure because it is all fantasy:  Ron Weinland—Spectacularly Wrong!

Dave Pack: Miraculous Healings, Demons Being Cast Out, Thousands of New Members

Packatolla wants all of you COGers out there that are looking for a home after years of wandering around from XCOG to XCOG and never being satisfied.  Pack wants you to know he has the worlds largest, most important and most miraculous COG on the face of the earth. He has written a letter to all of you apostate, demons possessed, slackers out there.  Amazing things are happening in RCG.  Web hits are up dramatically, Web downlands are earth shattering.  Miraculous healing are occurring.  Demons are being cast out.  Income is up 102%.

His church is experiencing, allegedly,  astounding growth with "thousands" being brought into the church.
He refuses to release his numbers though, as well as his finances.  So when he claims thousands, that could literately mean two thousand and two people as members.  "Thousands" plural can mean a lot of things, but in Armstrongism it usually means minuscule and irrelevant.

Dear Dave: Can I call you Dave?  Ok Dave.
The above picture is what thousands (maybe even ten thouosand) symbolizes.
Not the miniscule little "thousands" you claim.
Once a liar, always a liar.

Jesus taught, “You shall know them by their FRUITS” (Matt. 7:16, 20). How often did Mr. Armstrong repeat this? Only one organization passes the test when fruits are the standard. These fruits spring from having the truth, traditions and standards of the past, and God’s guidance and blessings—which are all demonstrably provable! The many fruits in this letter represent the fingerprints of God for those interested and willing to look.
Every year the statistical growth in all categories within God’s Church and Work show an increase, and usually all of them a significant or large increase. But what follows is nothing short of a STATISTICAL TIDAL WAVE unlike anything we have seen before—and we have seen a lot of growth!

Some mind bloggling statistics of the greatest show on earth are:

"...it should be obvious that 20% growth for 12 straight years puts our official attendance in the thousands."

"All ministers (and wives) in the RCG ministry undergo a very extensive, sophisticated training program, via Ambassador Center, The Pastor General’s Report, numerous special Pastoral Care lectures, and an annual Conference for all ministers, among other means. Nothing like our training program is occurring anywhere else. In fact, nothing else is close."

"2011—102.2% above 2010
It is my prayer that God will help everyone in the splinters understand what the statistic you just read—growth in income—should mean to you. It should be literally IMPOSSIBLE to miss God’s fingerprints in just THIS SINGLE NUMBER. "
" The millions of dollars we received in 2010 more than doubled in 2011!!!"

"A World Headquarters campus is scheduled to open in April 2013—and to begin construction in April 2012. " (Obviously this will be in the Guinness Book of World Records for the fasted construction of a college campus and Auditorium in human history.)

Someone had better get out the measuring tape to see who's dick is the biggest. with this boastful pissing contest:
"Perhaps examine the quality, professionalism and “authority” (or lack thereof) of your organization’s telecast, in light of World to Come broadcasts, which can all be found at worldtocome.org and youtube.com/restoredcog. Incidentally, RCG’s YouTube totals for World to Come views is significantly greater than UCG, LCG and PCG combined! And we are just starting."

" Finally, and this is most important, view any of the 125 broadcasts available to compare the messages with those of your organization—and then decide who is continuing the fulfillment of Isaiah 58:1-2 in the same way as did Mr. Armstrong!"

" Regarding the amount of literature we offer, virtually all of our enemies ascribe the writing of these books and booklets to me, at the human level. While these enemies are trying to discredit me, they in fact greatly overcredit me. When they suggest that either I or my late wife (as my constant typist) could have done this on our own, even a fraction of it, they have unwittingly assumed a human being is capable of what no man could do, and over a short period of time, without tremendous miraculous help from Almighty God. Discerning brethren in the splinters will recognize God’s handprint."

"God’s Church continues to experience many dramatic healings, as well as a host of other miracles. Of course this has been most inspiring—and faith-increasing!—for the Church. No one hears in the splinters of outright truly miraculous healings any more. We do time and again. Here are just five brief examples, quickly assembled for my letter, of what is a long list of such healings:" ( Obviously God hates all the other splinter cults because they are dying from all kinds of diseases while we are being healed.)

"Healings are only one of many kinds of miracles we see in God’s Church on a regular basis, miracles that His enemies cannot gainsay. For instance, we see dramatic open doors, special protection from calamities, and demons cast out. In this regard, Jesus instructs those listening in Luke 11:20 that “the finger of God” is responsible and “no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.” Are you listening to what these miracles mean? "

"I fear—I truly FEAR—for those who so freely speak against the work of the Holy Spirit in The Restored Church of God. If only they could have the good sense of carnal Gamaliel in Acts 5:34-39, and stop attacking us “lest haply [they] be found even to fight against God.” " (So we are supposed to fear Pack and his impotent little god? Hardly!)

"All eyes in God’s Church are looking ahead to the absolute explosion of additional growth that this letter heralds for 2012! It will surely be a year like none other for the reconstitution of God’s Work for this final age. It could now be said that we are on the last few pages of the last chapter of God’s Work!"

Dave goes on to prostitute out Dale Schurter some more:

We are pleased to announce that a longtime minister in God’s Church, Mr. Dale Schurter, has resigned from the United Church of God (UCG) and, with his wife, Mona, come with The Restored Church of God (RCG). A resignation letter to UCG brethren and ministers explaining the reasons for Mr. Schurter’s decision has been posted on rcgtruth.com. Over the last five days, a great many people from every corner of the world have contacted us from UCG, but also other organizations, because of Mr. Schurter’s powerful letter and call to action. Our Mailing Department has been extremely busy. To see more and more people waking up to the false doctrine, wrong standards, poor fruits and continually worsening condition of their organizations has been most encouraging. We will have more to report with the passing of time.

Schurter and hundreds of other defecting ministers will soon be exposing the false doctrines and teachings of all the other 600 some splinter cults of Armstrongism.  With the mind boggling, soon to come defections, of hundreds of COG ministers, the RCG will have first hand knowledge of how evil these 600 some splinter groups are.

Has the Church of God ever had such a bold liar as they now have with Davie Pack?
