PCG: People Catch COVID-19 Becasue They Broke HWA's Health laws

Did you know that those who catch COVD-19 caught it because they were not following Herbert Armstrong's seven laws of success?  Apparently, that includes their present members now sick with the virus. After all, regular members can NEVER do anything right.

From Exit and Support

SF Relating the Virus to Not Following the Seven Laws of Health:
April 5, 2020
SF on his April 3 broadcast brought up Herbert Armstrong’s Seven Laws of Health. This was after he said Sweden isn’t in lockdown and showed pictures. He said “most who get it will not die from it” and the vast majority who are dying “are already sick.” He played a brief clip of Gov. Cuomo talking about his brother who had it and said he (Cuomo) wasn’t acting too concerned about that. I heard him say this virus is mainly like a mild cold. From what I gathered this video was to prepare members for Passover and to concentrate on their sins. –F. U.
SF Using Crazy Talk:
April 5, 2020
To tell the truth I’m getting fed up trying to figure out where SF is coming from and what is behind what he’s saying. I get it that he’s trying to make members feel they are breaking “health laws” and sinning and if they get the virus it’s a result of their own choices. Much of his news sources are what he has cherry picked. So what if he did find health officials saying most people who become infected with the virus will recover? He would make us think: “All is well, go about your business. Sweden doesn’t have lockdown. They’re going on as normal. See how we in our country overreacted?” Next he’ll be saying, “My father and I haven’t got it.”
That’s crazy talk. What about people with serious health conditions that may catch it from someone (in PCG?) running around willy-nilly because they say they feel fit as a fiddle? –MO

I don’t want anyone to get sick with the virus and certainly don’t want anyone to die from it. Being irresponsible and not following the virus guidelines may result in PCG members as well as those they come in contact with getting the virus. The arrogant attitude of Steven Flurry sickens me.

Rule 1) The victim is always to blame.

Rule 2) In case the victim is innocent, see Rule 1.

Rule 3) In case you are ever the victim — don't be!

Rule 4) Follow God's appointed leaders as they follow God: Take credit for all the good, pass the buck for all the bad!

Some people just have naivety in their dna! When there is sanitizing and social distancing ongoing even at the shooting range, it's time to wake up!

Seriously, there have been so many falled cliches regarding Covid 19 just in the last few short weeks, not the least of which has been the myth of Sweden. Otoh, there has also been some very useful information, like the latest charts which show the potential lifespan of the virus on a wide variety of surfaces. I wonder what people did prior to the advancement of science and the speed of information offered by the information superhighway. What must it have been like during bubonic plague, or the 1918 outbreak of H1N1? Must have been terrifying. We live in a paradox, in that the most advanced information at any time in history is available, but is simultaneously countered by a rapid flow of ignorance and myths not yet even addressed by Snopes (not that Snopes could adequately handle the current avalanche of disinformation anyway). And, many of the worst examples of disinformation have been perpetrated by the churches, and those who are religious to the extreme of superstition.

Humanity would be much better off at this point if religious leaders exercised their right to remain silent, and allowed the best information from those who study viruses and epidemiology to prevail. Armstrongism has always been the home of "know it all" leadership, even when the leaders were consumed with obvious error. The Flurrys are acting according to stereotype, and behave in a way that preserves the illusion for the stalwarts of their all-knowing authority. No way are they going to stand down to the scientists and the government, or anyone else who knows more than they do.

The PCG people are free riders.

As the entire world is paying the price to "flatten the curve", PCG will "win" this game of numbers and in the end will point out the "inflated forecasts", PCG is riding the coattails of the responsible freely. Any people dying from Covid in their congregations will be explained away as having had "underlying previous conditions.

Only a high profile person on pcg or entire congregations dying from Covid will somewhat open their eyes to what is happening. Of course God's wrath, will then suddenly be branded "an attack by Satan".

You are NEVER going to win from a cult, the mark of a cult is that they "have it ALL figured out", and that their doctrines "spouting from their oracle", are as agile as an original virus.

You are never going to beat free riders. They surf like beach boys believing they create the waves.

SF is absolutely correct. Only those who have broken God's health laws will die from the virus. All the apostates on Banned need to repent and join a HWA splinter. The Ambassador trained ministers will guide them to the truths never understood for nearly 2000 years, but revealed by God to His only true end time apostle, HWA.

FIRST LAW OF SUCCESS--

Do not give money to cult leaders! Pay off your debts, save 6 months of income at the bank, and begin paying off your mortgage.

I'm certain that there are some Muslims, now that health officials are calling for full face coverage, who will feel that the spreading of the corona virus is due to the breaking of Mohammed's laws. Gotta have that hijab! Of course, it is as yet unknown whether a man wearing a hijab would be considered to be an Islamic cross-dresser, although many time-honored customs are being altered by the epidemic. So glad we have customs from other cultures, such as elbow-bumping, that we can press into service!

You're missing the obvious, Byker! There were NO recorded pandemics when the gods of Greece and Rome were receiving lots of worship. If you believe in cause and effect, worship of the jealous narcissist YHVH has correlated with a huge increase in world pandemics. We need to get back on track and give sufficient and proper worship to Zeus, Saturn, and Athena
