Dingy Wade Cox and his tiny band of followers looking forward to destroying the earth

With so many end time prophets, guru's and leaders of the church that foolishly believe themselves to God's spokesman in this end times, it is hard to pick and choose which one should be followed.  Even though every single on of then have been exposed as lairs, they still keep regurgitating appalling predictions and end time scenarios.

This takes us to our old buddy Wade Cox. One of his latest predictions has his band of loony followers destroying the earth. He gets all heated up with orgasmic desire to wipe the people of the "isles" of the face of the earth.  Why do so many of these end time "profit's" of God get their rocks off with death and destruction? They get all squirrelly at the prospect of seeing people die and the world destroyed.

The Temple is being cleansed now on a  continual basis. Those of us that made it to this point are to be congratulated. We have shown the characteristics of spiritual discernment and loyalty and the ability to stand for the faith. It is those people who comprise the Church of God that stand before the throne of grace in honour and approved of God through the testimony of Jesus Christ.” (cf. No. 294 ibid).
The Sequence of the War
Over the period of the War of the Last Days we will virtually destroy the earth. The text says that fire will rain down on the people of the isles who are dwelling carelessly. This refers to the coastlands or isles far off. It is not just referring to the islands in the eastern Mediterranean.
We might thus deduce that we will see nuclear or laser wars or both, or indeed comets.

Hope the world end's in a zombie apocalypse so we can finally see an end to the looney Armstrong worshippers.

the hothouse earth theory has been proposed lately by scientists, and i would add that such a potential phenom in tandem with the revealing of the end time man of sin is curious...

the destruction foretold in the book of Revelation is indeed feasible...

Of course Wade will die long before any of this doesn't happen ever

Hold on here - doesn't the Bible say Jesus is going to "destroy those who destroy the earth"? (Revelation 11:18)

What is this group thinking? If anything?

WOW what a small God this guy worships! His creation can destroy his earth!

What am I missing ? Wess

lol, surely u jest! it is a scientifically proven fact that it is we what are destroying the earth...

click the link and read the white paper if you dont believe me...and, frankly, it is also a known fact that nuclear war alone would be enough to wipe out the living; and science has proven that a mere strategically placed astroid strike destroyed the previous ecosystem...

now, regarding the "small god" i worship: when a parent allows a child to live in their house and have his/her own room, but the child makes a mess of the room, using ur logic the parents must be powerless...

Manmade climate change? How laughable. Even at 7 billion people we're too insignificant to change the climate imnsho.

With the speed that our solar system is orbiting the center of the Milky Way, how do we know that we're not just entering a warmer area within said galaxy?

The hoopla is political folks, the goal is one global economy!

Our governments are far worse than herbies government ever was. (Not defending herbie)

Kevin, three of the four ministers I had were literal psychopaths. The fourth. wasn't much better. So unless your are looking at a African warlord or similar, your claim that 'our governments are worse than Herbies' is naive. Perhaps Dennis Diehl was your minister.

Oh no, the end of the world! Near total destruction! Please Mr minister Cox, spare me from that! Here, have my life. I'II be your slave for life. I've believe what ever you want me to believe. Just tell me that you have granted me one of those precious Place of Safety places. I'II never stop licking your boots if you do.
Err, I just remembered, I've already given all my money to Dave Pack.

You are correct. We are now entering a solar minimum. This is when ice ages begin and civilizations collapse. The politics of GW is about money. These useful idiots will be the cause of many deaths because people buy into the lie and are unprepared. Life on this planet is not linear. Its all about cycles.

Well, we can argue about "man made global warming destruction", but one thing is for sure.... nut bags like Malm, Thiel, Pack, Flurry, Cox, Weinland, Joey et al, are "man made church and faith destroyers".

You delude yourself if you don't think it's about money and power.

I didn't say that the earth isn't warming. That's where reading comprehension would really benefit you.

I said how do we know that we're not entering a warm spot in our galaxy.

By the way, what is "they what specialize"? Is English a second language for you?

Here's a list of scientists who disagree with man-made global warming:

Sure, they're in the minority but the majority isn't always right.

indeed, satan influences us to do self destructive things in pursuit of the love of money: our behavior will lead to the occurrence of a hothouse earth, i.e. a catastrophic and exponetial acceleration of current trends in our changing climate, which is exactly what the book of Revelation describes...

the love of money is a spiritual phenomena, and is the root of all evil, including and especially the evil to come...

No one is excusing the greedy behavior, the problem is that greed lies on both sides of the debate.

Why did we pull out of the Paris Climate Treaty? Because it wasn't fair. China and India and other developing nations could still burn all the coal they needed.

The facts are that the anthropogenic global warming agenda isn't to save the planet, it's to globalize the planet. Bringing developed countries down to the level of the rest of the world. Allowing a global elite to have all power.

The brainwashed are those who can't see this and believe what the media want them to believe.

The greed of the "planet saving" globalists will bring the destruction of the earth just as quickly as corporate greed will!

Or could it be that our galaxy and/or solar system is moving into a little warmer part of space? If so, would God not have known this long before?

Not all scientists agree.

Do you know how much gasoline (petrol) is in the U.K.? It would be equivalent to about $6.50 per gallon. In 2014 the tax on petrol was 61%, making the tax about $3.96 per gallon.

Gas here where I live in WV is $2.92 a gallon. Now please tell me who the greedy ones are. The oil companies or the global warming alarmists?

Do you even know how accurate thermometers are? Even the best are +-1°c, and we've supposedly warmed 1.6°c over the last 130 years or so. 130 years ago when thermometers weren't nearly as accurate, and didn't record high and low temps like they do today. Someone had to go and look at the temp. What if they looked 30 minutes or more before or after the actual daily high or daily low?

Also, do you know how much scientists merely estimate the numbers? You really need to go to wattsupwiththat.com and at least consider both sides.

Remember back in the 70's the alarmists were saying the earth was cooling.

Again, I'm not saying the earth isn't warming. But I am saying don't fall for everything you're told. There is an agenda behind the anthropogenic global warming theory. Just how big is Al Gore's footprint?

Hmmmm, climate change amplified hurricanes. Let's see:

This first chart:

https://www.wunderground.com/hurricane/hurrarchive.asp?region=at

only goes to 2015, so in 2016 according to:

http://models.myfoxhurricane.com/models.cgi?basin=al&archive=2016

there were 15 named North Atlantic storms, 7 being hurricanes.

In 2017:

http://models.myfoxhurricane.com/models.cgi?basin=al&archive=2017

There were 17 named storms, 10 being hurricanes.

So far in 2018:

http://models.myfoxhurricane.com/models.cgi?basin=al&archive=2018

There have been 14 named storms, 7 being hurricanes.

Now let's go back in time when records were more difficult to keep:

https://www.wunderground.com/hurricane/hurrarchive.asp?region=at

In 1870 there were 11 named storms, 10 being hurricanes.

1878 - 13 - 10 hurricanes
1880 - 11 - 9 "
1886 - 12 - 10 "
1887 - 19 - 11 "
1891 - 10 - 7 "
1893 - 12 - 10 "
1916 - 15 - 10 "

One of the problems is that this is an old post now, so probably most will not see this. Hurricanes can be either be devastating because there are more of them, or because the ones we have are more intense, or both. You only addressed the annual average or mean number of the hurricanes. They are in fact becoming more intense, as the quotes below demonstrate. Are you a reasonable person? Are you capable of absorbing facts of which you were previously unaware, and incorporating them into your world view and in this case your political opinions?

From Newsweek, May 2018:

"New research revealed that hurricanes have been getting stronger more rapidly than they did just 30 years ago. The findings are especially worrying as those along the Atlantic Ocean brace for the start of the hurricane season on June 1 and scientists have already predicted an above average 2018 season.

"The study, published this May in Geophysical Research Letters, analyzed data from NOAA's National Hurricane Center and the U.S. Navy's Joint Typhoon Warning Center on hurricanes that occurred from 1986-2015. The team was particularly interested in how quickly the hurricanes intensified or grew in strength.

"The analysis found that storm wind speed is on average 13 miles per hour faster during the intensification period when compared to average wind speed during the same storm period three decades ago. The increase in storm strength was most apparent in the central and eastern Atlantic specifically east of the islands of the lesser Antilles, which includes the Virgin Islands and Saint Ritts, and Nevis.

"Hurricanes are formed when water evaporates off the surface of the ocean and is fed into swirling clouds above, nature reported. The hotter the ocean, the more water evaporates and ultimately the more intense the storm."

*. *. *. *. *

Note, this information comes not from Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, or the hippies at Rolling Stone or NPR, but from the National Hurricane Center, and the U.S. Navy. This is not just some partisan cliches, but in fact real science.

I know you're trying to be funny with the last comment but just to let you know I've been a union bricklayer for over 30 years, so I'm not a big Limbaugh, Hannity or whomever fan.

One question though. Are the wind speeds really increasing or is the equipment used to measure getting more sophisticated?

All I can say is that I once thought that the very idea of global climate change was a farce. Then, I started to devour the science behind it, and from numerous independent sources. There was so much valid information out there that I could no longer deny that it is in fact transpiring.

Your deal with better measurement reminds me of the ostriches in the '60s and '70s who maintained that the crime rates only seemed to be going up because there was better police work and better reporting. And, then the crime rates actually went down in the new millennium, as decades of elliminating tetraethyl lead from gasoline and the environment began to have a salubrious effect on youth.

Afraid? Ridiculous. I practically worship the second amendment, if you catch my drift.

The debate on if there is climate change is only going on in circles of the least informed.
The debate has shifted to how much can be attributed to man's influence.
This is not only important for an understanding in what manner the former generation has managed to destroy the earth and that is really big, it has to do about how we are going to respond to the challenge of 4 billion other people who are claiming a lifestyle so far reserved for "priests and kings" of "israelite stock".
