Another fun morning! This is a first for people to be called "dry" here. Someone did not have his Snickers today.
How low and two faced are YOU???? How the COG has been influltrated by such dry Godless athiest's. How dare you live such a TWO FACED LIFE openly on the internet. Hypocrites. You who fear no one not even God, you who only fear losing power. I pray to God for him to deliver his people from YOU and your dry associates and ALWAYS shall.

Yo, Dude! Next time, get off the fence and tell us how you really feel!
What's this guy even talking about?! He needs a sedative, not a Snickers#
Why is it these people always sound dumber than hell? Did any of them ever complete high school English?
I'm not quite understanding what the commenter is referring to, even when I go back and look at the context.
I mean, I think "dry" is reference to Ezekiels dry bones, but I'm not sure.
Getting desperate for news now.
"How the COG has been influltrated by such dry Godless athiest's."
LOL!! Really? I'm not an atheist bud! And I never infiltrated any church. I came in without any motive other than wanting to serve Jesus thinking that the church I had attended was preaching the so called "True gospel". Like others here on Banned I'm just sick and tired of being lied to by these false ministers who claim to be preaching the "truth". I've opened my eyes and follow what the bible teaches, and not the gospel according to the churches of Armstrong. Praise be to the real Jesus of the bible that I no longer attend any of these charlatan churches.

Well, Mr. Grumpy Pants. I accomplished my purpose. You read it and then just had to comment on it. Way to go, Bro!
The Snickers thing goes back to a rumor about Mary Anne Faithful when the Rolling Stones were busted at Keith Richards' mansion for partying. Apparently she regarded Snickers bars in the same manner as Monica Lewinski later regarded cigars.
That was a Mars bar, not a Snickers.
Yes! The snickers comment is from nothing other than an advertising campaign.
Proverbs 17:1 Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.
If anything, I'm continually amazed at how much material this blog consistently posts.

@ NO2HWA 3:19 pm,
Yeah I was part of the CGI for about three years and I still can't believe some of the crap that came out of the mouths of preachers in my congregation. Besides some of the stuff that came from the pulpit, I still remember some of the idiot members, particularly the hardcore Armstrongists who would spout off a lot of crap and their idiot interpretation of scriptures and prophecy during after service fellowship. I sometimes scratch my head and wonder why I had put up with it. I know three years in a church of God is nothing compared to a lifetime some people had to endure, but I had seen enough to know that it was all BS and got out while I still had my sanity intact.
One more thing, I remember the ministers mocking the cross of Jesus and denying the personage of the Holy Spirit. Well, I am wearing the cross on my necklace again, and yes, I believe the Holy Spirit is a person, and we will not be gods as God said that He knows of no other gods, and His glory He shall not give to another.

When Dennis and I talk on the phone we laugh about finding something to post and then lo and behold some COG leader or member opens their mouth and we are on a roll again. No soap opera out of Hollywood could ever capture the sheer idiocy of the Church of God movement.
“Atheist’s”……seriously..??
Me too, but what sacrifices is being made elsewhere. Post writers surely must be putting alot of work and hours in.
My response is always the same, tell me to my face as many know who you really are.
A British advertising campaign.
I'm happy for you, 11:33. Prophesy: Who posted this?
